Professional, Educational and lovely family!

Beyond talented. Janice is an artist and a perfectionist. I love seeing her as I always leave looking so amazing and refreshed. She makes me look younger every time. I'm hooked.

Dr. Pastorek conducts himself like a good doctor should -- he treated me with respect, dignity and concern for my best interests. Very refreshing to encounter a doctor like him, especially since I had the misfortune of having my life negatively impacted by a doctor who is the diametrical opposite of Dr. Pastorek.

Exceptionally sterile!! Extremely careful and caring. You can feel completely safe and relaxed about having any procedure even if you are only stopping in to pick up products. Having said all that I probably would have chanced it in any case because the results are always soooo worth it !!!!????????????????

My friend went to Norman pastorek for rhinoplasty and he would never speak with her following the procedure and his wife Janice would bully her. My friend committed suicide after they refused to refund her because she was seeking revision but couldn’t afford it considering they charged $22k for her primary. Janice told my friend she had BUYERS REMORSE and I recorded the entire phone call so I have proof!!!!! A nose if a part of your face and your anatomy and your family history. It’s your FACE. It’s not a house or a car. I directly blame “DR” Pastorek and his lunatic wife Janice for her death. This isnt even the first death associated with this office!!!!! A rhinoplasty patient of Dr.Pastorek has sadly committed su1cide due to sever depression after her primary rhinoplasty surgery. Pastorek and his wife treated this patient with no empathy, only worsening her mental state. They were kind before her surgery but after they disregarded her feelings. If you're reading this, please do not take this lightly. I would never lie about about a matter like this, and only wish to warn others from failing into the same situation. I’ve been coming to this practice for years to see Janice. She is the most skilled, knowledgeable, and fun skin expert I’ve ever meet. This practice is not your average 2 minute visit and checkup. The staff is excellent and attentive and concerned about their patients. Wait time is minimal so they are attentive to scheduling. And you will be hard-pressed to find any better professional this field. What more could you ask for ? The practice scores high in all areas. I recently moved from Beverly Hills to NYC and am so grateful to have been referred to this office. Janice spent a couple of hours with me discussing my history and concerns. It's so hard to find injectors who are highly skilled, knowledgable about the anatomy of the face, the best products to use, AND conservative in their approach so you leave looking like a more youthful, vibrant version of YOU (not someone else). Janice is all of these things and more. I'm thrilled with my results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. I had my nose done by this doctor, twice. I was featured on the show "Botched" because he screwed up the surgery, twice. Do not trust him. Go ahead, watch my episode, I had wires coming out of my nose, he's a hack job.

Dr. Pastorek and his team are the most caring people, totally professional and committed to their patients. I had a treatment with Janice yesterday. She is an artist who is creative and caring. It is so nice to rely on and totally trust these specialists!

I went for a follow up visit with Janice. The office is following all CDC guidelines and taking even more precautions, super impressed. Dr. Pastorek is lovely, kind and gentle. He addressed all of my questions. He has implemented strict COVID-19 safe protocols in his office which made me feel very comfortable. He is a true professional in every way.

My visit with Janice Pastorek was superb. She always makes me feel comfortable and creates a safe environment. She is a great listener and today, as always, I left the office feeling like she not only created a beautiful result for my face but also treated my heart and mind.

Went for some fillers and threads to tighten neck. Not inexpensive, but the highest quality available and always honest about what needs to be done.

Dr. Norman Pastorek is, oh my goodness, it should be WAS, a facial plastic surgeon. He wrecked my nose. That's it-that's all. When I look at other reviews of this man whose been in the business way too many years, if you know what I'm trying to say, and his greedy, phony wife, I finally see so many more negative remarks. I wish I would have known. Plastic costs a lot of money!

Dr. Pastorek is absolutely the most skilled, talented, caring, and dedicated doctor. I am one-month post rhinoplasty and it has been such a positive, easy, and pain-free experience, I did not bruise at all, which I had not been expecting. I cannot recommend him enough. I have absolutely loved my nose from the moment my cast was removed, and it keeps getting better every day. I met with multiple doctors for consultations, and Pastorek's consult was by far the most thorough. Not only is he a cosmetic artist, but he is also double board-certified, so he is able to assess and work with any ENT issues you may have to help prevent the need for possible revision surgery later. Dr. Pastorek is also incredibly sweet and nurturing, erasing any fears about the procedure you might have. He gives everyone special attention and treats us all like we are "each one of his children." The entire staff at the office, Janice, Kelly, and Marley, are extremely knowledgable, attentive, helpful, and kind.

Had rhinoplasty with Dr Pastorek a number of years ago but I am not satisfied with the results. First I have a bump on the tip now that I never did and also a badly deviated septum that really needs to be repaired. I would not recommend this doctor

I can not say enough about the professionalism, consistency, follow-through and most important, compassion of Dr. Pastorek and his entire team. Dr. Pastorek was the first doctor we had on our list of potential surgeons for my daughter's rhinoplasty. We did the rounds - twice - and in the end we met with Dr. Pastorek one more time to ensure of our decision and can not be more satisfied. The end result from an extremely complicated case, both genetically and trauma, is outstanding. The end result is the nose my daughter was meant to be born with. Having the surgery over the summer led to nice recovery period before returning back to school, however, following Dr. Pastorek's protocol she could have had the surgery done anytime, her classmates made no mention of her appearance other than "you look like you". Dr Pastorek is very patient and explains everything he is doing. He takes his time answering your questions in a very clear fashion. One does NOT feel like one is in a “ factory” kind of office.

I come from out of state to see several doctors. I know some doctors need consultation fees some don’t. The front desk lady called me several times to book appointment with me for the consultation, and never mention there is a fee for it. She should at least let me know before I go. Whenever I showed up she ask me to pay? And she was soooo rude! That attitude I don’t believe this place can do a good job. Yes I pay u to make me look better and feel more confidence, but your attitude seems you only treat ur customer like a business. I have seen so many doctors! Horrible experience. He botched my nose surgery — my breathing is worse than ever — and then, a couple years later, he wanted to charge me as a new patient to see me again when I asked if I could have him look at it. I wish I'd never met him.

I couldn't be happier with my results! Dr Pastorek and his team were there for me every step of the way. His care for his patients is second to none. I was very nervous about the recovery and bruising, and now looking back I laugh that i had these fears. I had no bruising and was up and about very quickly and this definitely is all attributed to Dr Pastorek. I would recommend him to everyone. I do have to mention Barbra too, Dr Pastorek is lucky to have her working for him shes amazing! 6 stars!

There was less pain than usual but I ended up with bruising around my eyes and on my forehead, which I've never had before.
