Dr. Valles was very rude to my elderly mother. She took her off of a medication that her cardiologist put her on for blood pressure. Dr. Valles took her off of this medication suddenly (it is supposed to be a gradual decrease), my mother's blood pressure spiked and had to be hospitalized and we almost lost her.

I believe Dr. Valles is very knowledgeable in her field, but due her impatient and sharp demeanor towards her patients, I regret to have to say that I do not believe Dr. Valles is capable of practicing a trusting relationship with her patients.
