I had appointment at 1:10 pm , after waiting 10 min to 2 administration lady , one of them asked me to wait one hours for my appointment , and after one minute , the one hour become to 2 hours, and then she asked me by the way , it’s better to come at 4 pm, in response to my question if 4 pm is going to be sure snd final ,… she replied that she’s not sure!!! I appointed this appointment 35 days ahead!! And now I can understand that they have vey low rate in their review,, as a professional ca express my opinion that that they respect people and their time, they invite more people and their time management is worst ,… they can make the people wait so much snd increase on their account their profit,… and it’s the responsibility of Dr Alonso , I had already another case last year that after waiting time of hour they asked me another hour and I had to leave because of my important business appointment, I’m not return back to this office because in my humble opinion they are not professional snd no clue about planing about time management, this is my private opinion as an expert for planning and time management, I give them the lowest grade possible, hopefully the wake up from Disrespecting people

She is an excellent Dermatologyst. Currently with plans to move the office to Guaynabo for which reason isnt accepting new patients.
