The staff is just the worst. Does not know how to do their job. You will need to call back repeatedly to get stuff done right. UNPROFESSIONAL. Just out right BAD.

Unprofessional and doesn’t care much about his patients, and his staff is plain rude. I’m surprised this doctor has not been reported to the State. I don’t recommend this doctor at all. He has very poor bedside manners. Look elsewhere for a doctor.

If you want a quality appointment this is not the place to go. To start off the parking lot is not the best. The handycapped spots are too far from the door. The parking lot is poorly layed out. It's a struggle to get into the office to begin with. If you want proper services to get checked at this is not the place. The staff and the doctor need to work on their work ethic. Staff is rude and is not bilingual. Staff will speak Spanish but not English; due to this a family member was not able to get proper health care.

Dr. is good. Staff is terrible. I understand they’re busy but they have a habit of saying they’re going to call back and never do. You have to be on them and then they get annoyed because you call. I called to ask for an advice for my 83 year old mother who came in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, June 29,2020 at 9:15 A.M. The lady who answered said she was going to ask the doctor to see if we can get a referral, since her insurance requires referrals every time she needs some sort of tests done. Receptionist said and I quote,”let me speak to the doctor, and I’ll get back to you in 20 minutes.” It’s July 3, 2020 and I’m still waiting for the call. Great doctor horrible staff. If he would only get rid of the useless staff he has and get more educated and rude less personal, it would be one of the best doctors office in Laredo tx.

The Doctor is great he takes really good care of my father in law but the nurses and everyone else are just the worst! So rude . They talk to you very ugly I always get mad and tell them not to speak to us that way. We always show up at appointments before time and always have to wait 30 upto 1 hour wait to be seen. This even being put after walk ins and should be the other way around. We never complain to doctor but they should be more respectful for those with appointments before walk ins.

Horrible and unprofessional receptionists, I have been trying for weeks to set up an appointment and they either never answer or leave me on silent holds for more than 5 mins.

Very poor experience with this man. He can treat the common cold but that's about it. Once you show up with something where he actually needs to use his brain a little bit he totally fails at diagnosing. That is probably why he sees mostly the elderly. I had my schedule appointment for 9 o'clock I waited for two hours once I was called then the doctor saw me for about 10 minutes and reschedule my appointment for one week no customer service whatsoever I would not recommend anyone

Don't waste your time the staff here is very unprofessional.....and the office manager is to busy to attend you when you request for her ....Im sorry no matter how good the Doctor maybe they are only as good as their staff treats the patients!!!
