Dr. Czajkowski botched the cataract surgery in one of my eyes, causing me to go blind for a couple days. When I went back to him he stood in the doorway and said that any problems I had weren't because of his work. He suggested waiting a month or so to see how things would turn out. When I consulted a second opinion they rushed me into immediate surgery to correct Czajkowski's mistakes, telling me that if I had allowed the eye to completely heal, repair would have been unlikely.

I was told I needed cataract surgery and that my insurance would cover it. Neither turned out to be true. Instead the doctor used the occasion to sell me on expensive lasik surgery and an implant. He showed up for just a few minutes of appointments & would stand in the door trying to leave. There was no concern over how my eyesight would deteriorate during testing, and after i had an accident our relationship ended.
