Dr Kala let me know as soon as she walked in the room she couldn't help me. Refused to write a prescription for an ointment for a rash. Refused anything for pain for arthritis, refused to write referral for pain management for lower back pain. She said there was nothing that could be done for these things, which is patently false. When she did make a referral for something else, she said it would take a week. A week later nothing had happened and her staff said she (Dr Kala) doesn't know how long referrals take. Bottom line, is she won't help ease your suffering and her staff don't seem to like her or be very helpful.

Has provided me with excellent care for over 11 years and counting. Her advice over the years has served me well and continues to keep me in good condition physically, mentally and emotionally. Kudos to Dr Kala!
