Dr. Noelle S Bissell

I was suffering from pilonidal cysts due to superficial fistula. She performed surgery after surgery to treat pilonidal cysts but she could not figure out that I had superficial surgery even after examining me multiple times. She treated me for 4 months and my pilonidal cysts were recurring as she did not treat the underlying condition for it. In one surgery, she did not numb me well. It was very painful and felt like she cut me raw. Later, when I asked her to refer me to a specialist, she send me to her husband Dr. Charles Bissell, a general surgeon.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Bissell. Sorry to know that she is leaving the practice. However I understand the need to spend time with family as you can never recapture the lost time. I wish her the very best!

Very through the best Doctor I have ever had

she saw my daughter and was supposed to try to get her into a specialist. She never called back never tried to provide medications to help her pretty much it was an appointment wasted

I saw Dr. Bissell for the first time last week for a physical. She exuded compassion, knowledge, and excellence in her field. She treated me like a human being and engaged me in my own health care. She maintained eye contact with me throughout my visit, and answered every question that I asked without me feeling like she was in a hurry. My only complaint is that I didnt find her a lot sooner as my PCP. One of the best doctors I've ever seen in my 46 years.
