There is an EMPLOYEE name DAWN that works in the office that is very RUDE. I have called there many times and each time she has a bad attitude. And when she hangs up the phone is sounds like she Slams it down. Go get a better attitude lady, how is she even employed anywhere! Learn some manners and respect! You give black women a bad name. The office is like any other office. Make apt, sit down, be seated in room , etc. the difference maker is the doctor himself who is very caring, patient, and just an overall humble person. He really takes care of you and listens to your issues and then walks you through everything you may go through and experience. Highly recommend

Dr. Stern is the absolute best. My mother in law saw him and he was kind enough to explain everything to her in a way she was able to understand. He really took his time to diagnose& pinpointed exactly what the problem was. She has been seeing him for over three years now and continue to do so. Thank you!

I've had good docs and bad docs and the real difference maker to me is having a doc who both listens to all I have to say and answers my questions. Dr. Stern hits it out of the park in both regards. You never, ever feel rushed. He will sit quietly and listen to you, asking questions as he goes. Then he will patiently explain your situation, what he recommends, and whatever he is doing- all in a soothing, calming, and complete manner. I've been to him three times for a persistent problem and his advice and treatments have me feeling much better- and more importantly, his ability to communicate has made me calm and confident about my treatment and my ability to heal. I cannot recommend Dr. Stern highly enough. I wish every doctor in the world was like him.

Dr Stern is a wonderful doctor; my wife and I have every confidence in his treatment, knowledge and professionalism. The office staff in Commerce is super pleasant and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Listens to the patient. Works with the patient. Excellent communication skills. Answers questions clearly. Does his best to put the patient at ease. Gives a thorough overview.

Dr. Stern did my husband surgery he is the best ENT doctor I know, he was trained by the best great job!

My boy friend had surgery recently and Dr. Noah Stern did a very bad job that could be life altering. He also did not cover all of the important risk prior to the surgery.

Not very pleased with the services this Doctor gave a good friend of mine. He had a surgery done, that was not thoroughly explained the risks and possible outcomes. Now he will need to find a way to repair the damage that has been done as a result of this doctor.

A friend of mine is going through some serious complications after undergoing a procedure performed by Dr. Stern. While complications are not necessarily the providers fault or a result of improper technique or malpractice this individual was blindsided by the type and severity of complications he is experiencing. My friend says they were never explained as a possibility or risk assosciated with the procedure he underwent and that is a problem. I saw him this week. Dr. Stern is cordial and pleasant. However, his time management skills are mediocre. I waited 2 HOURS and 10 minutes for him to come into my exam room. The staff did not update me on the delay. When he walked in, he said, "Sorry for the wait. I am really good at making patients wait." He clearly knows he has problems in this area, but refuses to improve. I will not go back. There are plenty of good ENTs in this area. I deserve better, and won't settle! I saw him this week. Amazing doctor. I took my Mom to see him and he was thorough, caring, and kind. His diagnosis was accurate. Yes, his wait times may be a bit long, but I’d rather wait for a good doctor, then be seen immediately by a bad one. My mom thought he walked on water. I usually try and give a well rounded review, and list the positives and negatives, but there’s nothing negative I can possibly say. Amazing doctor. I've known Dr. Stern for many years. He is incredibly passionate about his work and making a difference in people's lives. He has a great reputation for providing excellent care for his patients. I would highly recommend him.

I would recommend Dr. Stern to anyone. He is kind, caring, serious and knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. He caught the cancer in my lymph node after another doctor had told me he was sure there wasn't any cancer. For that, I will be eternally grateful to him.

Dr Stern showed me how committed and compassionate he is to his patients by opening his office on a Saturday ( 2 weeks ago) to take care of my emergency. He showed the outmost degree of competence and professionalizm and care. He made me feel at ease explaining the procedure and the possible outcome and complications . I am very pleased with the results of his treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Noah Stern to anybody with ENT problems. I know Dr. Stern for many years and after reading some of the reviews I am furious that “ patients” take time to tarnished his reputation after seeing him. We all have a choice to interview the doctor before seeing him or her. Dr. Stern is the most kind professional I know and I have difficulty to believe that he did not explain procedures or surgeries to his patient. Please do not consider some of those reviews that popped within the same time frame because they are simply not true!!! Dr. Stern is most caring Doctor I know and I will never believe some of the negative reviews . He is dedicated to his patients and his profession like no other doctor I know ! He has the best bed side manners and he likes to joke around to make his patients in ease. Please do not take out of context that he made you wait for the visit . Sometimes it can not predicted how long will take to spent quality time with the patient and that’s what Dr.Stern does. When I was shot one of the bullets had past through the roof of my mouth which caused a hole which is called a-A fistula A fistula is characterized as an abnormal passageway between two openings, hollow organs, or cavities. They occur as a result of injury, infection, or disease. A communicating, vertical passageway between the mouth and nasal cavity is called an oronasal fistula... but i thought i would have that hole up there for the resr of my life I was wrong Dr.Stern fixed that.. he is an amazing Doctors very caring.. and he listen to you. I am very pleased with my experience at doctor Stern’s office .Doctor Stern is very nice, attentive, caring and thorough,took his time explaining my ear situation and answering my questions and concerns . Scheduled my appointment for 8:30am so I could be first and when I got there, there were 4-5 people already there. Given the same appointment to several people at the same time is ridiculous since there is only one Doctor!
