Awesome staff and quick visit with my issues addressed

I'm picky about choosing doctors; Dr Levine is probably the best podiatrist in Las Vegas. The other Doctors were good; Dr Levine is truly excellent. He listens to you and spends time with you; visits aren't routine to him.

Clean and well organized. Staffing is A+. I will return for all the Podiatry needs I have. Dr. Levine is great to talk to and answered all my questions and concerns.

4 yrs with Dr Levine, he and his staff have always been great to me, no complaints whatsoever………….

Overpriced and not willing to work with you! I paid $100 for my first visit. I wanted to reschedule my second visit they told me that will charge me $35 for a reschedule. Profit is in a heart of this practice, not clients.

Our Humana health care benefits were contacted. Due to the fact you are a listed practicing physician in our benefits list. Yet, upon arriving for our appt.you told us you no longer take Humana. We were forced to be a cash pay visit, both doctor visits for Frank's medical care needs. This is wrong! And I have taken this to both Humana and Nevada State medical board. Then your office sends us a $100.00 invoice for a bill due. How is that possible? I paid in full both visits and I have my credit card to prove it! We are truly disgusted that Doctors like you, treat patients with such little regard to the healthcare needs, but that of greediness as a priority!!!! I’d give no stars .... terrible bed side manner... spends no time explaining anything,. When I asked if there was anything I could do sat home he said to look on website... spent no time helping me.. tried to call office to speak with billing they took a message which took 3 1/2 weeks to return.. . The office never called my insurance carrier to see what coverage I had.. definitely not an advocate for their patients... just money hungry & incompetent... wish I read reviews before I wasted my mon

I was under this docs care for over a year for toenail fungus and saw him 3 times. With my nails getting worse I asked what my toenails were infected with and was told I had a "false negative" result which was "very common from the lab" they use. So, for a year I was unable to get a more effective prescription treatment and used something he sold me. He offered to remove my toenails and I was done! In a month with a second doctor and + lab result my nails are improving! Don't waste your time

I've put off writing this review about as long as I put off having my foot examined! I first saw Dr. Levine in October (?) after not dealing with the excruciating pain in the ball of my left foot. The day I called, I actually got a same-day appointment, and am really glad I did. My first visit to a podiatrist impressed me: there are x-ray and ultrasound machines on site and Dr. Levine used both to rule out any broken bone or nerve damage issues. That day also brought me a short of cortisone, which Dr. Levine dropped into the top of my middle toe. Yeah, it hurts. But the pain in the ball of my foot did diminish! The treatment called for 3 shots, but the second one did not bring relief and Dr. Levine did not push the issue when I respectfully refused the third - and I greatly respect him for that. What did bring relief was the custom orthotic inserts. I really hoped there'd be no difference between them and the $12.00 jobs at the drug store, but there is. I've never had any problems with scheduling here. The receptionists are professional and courteous, as is Dr. Levine himself. There was a billing error, which was cleared up promptly. The entire office is sparkling clean! No complaints at all. I would probably respectfully decline any further prescriptions from the compounding pharmacy they use, but I appreciated the use of a coupon, which made the Rx either free or very low cost. The cream just didn't absorb into the bottom of the foot and I'm kind of a traditional big pharma adherent until and unless an alternative reallyreally works. I haven't had pain in quite a few weeks. And...I wore some high heels on NYE (just for a few minutes, honest!). In all, thanks for the great care, Absolute Foot Care!
