After several filling falling out I went in to continue my care, instead of my teeth being numbed it was my ear and cheek, they completely missed the nerve and then I was told I must have drank to much caffeine that day, I dont drink caffeine, having my gallbladder out years ago ruined that for me. They proceeded to STILL drill 2 teeth, which was incredibly painful and then just stop. Put a temporary filling in and send me home. So all those shots in the jaw and a swollen face for days for nothing. The night I came home yet another filling fell out. My whole family has been going to Mt Washington Family Dentistry for over 15 years! They care, they get to know the family. My kids have never been scared or nervous. I've had many fillings, a few crowns & a root canal done here, no problems.
Went 3 times, never spoke with the dentist herself. Receptionist was rude. & my teeth have been sensitive & bleed for no reason ever since I had work done. Missed an appointment because a family member passed away & the receptionist, was RUDE as can be!
