Review is on office staff not the doctor as I could never get anyone on the phone. I tried for three days and was stuck on hold being told "how important my call is to them". But I guess not important enough to actually answer the phone. I've never been on hold this long for a doctor's office.

Kudos to Dr. Pandit for the sincere interest in my questions. As an African-American woman with a heart condition, it is refreshing to be able to ask questions and get clear responses.

Dr. Pandit, listened to my son and I concerns. He assisted us with them right away. I highly recommend him if you’re in need of a cardiologist.

The BEST cardiologist in Tallahassee…This is a very busy but efficient medical office. At my last visit, an office staff member came out to waiting room and apologized everyone for the delay, she was very pleasant and extremely engaging…the entire energy in the room changed…honest communication. Such a simple courtesy. As busy as Dr Pandit is, when he is in the room with you, he is present and listening, I never feel rushed. He is extremely thorough and his communication very clear.

Dr. Pandit and Jeremy have been wonderful. Unfortunately the lack of communication from office staff is baffling. An appointment was made and never counicated to me. I found it when I tried to pre-register for another procedure. It was for a test that had already been done approximately two weeks before. Thus began a whole afternoon of trying to find out why the test was ordered, of it was needed for surgery, and trying too get answers from three different places. I had a previous appointment scheduled for that day. I was never able to speak to anyone about the appointment, so ended up cancelling it myself. I was on hold for over 30 minutes twice and never did get the information I needed.

The doctor is nice. However his staff was inappropriate in the way they address a married patient. Proper way to address a patient is Sir or Mamam, Mr or Mrs, Ms. not as love. Professional staff members should not refer to patients as their Love. It is extremely disrespectful to that person's spouse or significant other. It's also highly unprofessional.

Called at 9:15am I'm still on hold it's been 3hrs

I have to agree with everything Nunya Bizness said about this place. It is true, they don’t answer the phones and you wait for hours to see your doctor. Horrible practice! The joke is they answer the reviews by saying to give them a call ????????

Called 4 times this Monday morning. It just endlessly rings until it hangs up on you. No one answers the phone and there is no answering service for you to leave a message. So I'm inclined to believe the reviews. Crazy. YOU DO KNOW PEOPLE ARE CALLING PERTAINING TO THEIR HEALTH RIGHT!?

This is the worst Cardiologist office in town. Their practice runs like a well-oiled machine from the start of the industrial revolution in 1760. If you love having appointment reminders sent to you by text message, then you're really going to love having appointment reminders sent to you by text message for appointments that don't even exist! What could be better than that, you might ask? I'll tell you! Talking with their office on the phone! Have you ever had to cancel an appointment for yourself that didn't exist that your doctor's office sent you via text message? Of course not. But, if in the unfortunate event you did, you could just call your doctor's office on the phone to let them know that you didn't schedule an appointment, right? Wrong. Not at Dr. Pandit's office. They trick you into thinking they have all the newest phone equipment with automated, AI enabled voice prompts, making you go through each one only to let the phone ring endlessly when you finally make it to your selection. Maybe they're busy, you think... You'll call them again. Wrong. They weren't busy. Their phone just routes through the town of Mayberry, and Sarah is the only person working and she can't possibly get all of Dr. Pandit's calls answered and serve the entire town of Mayberry at the same time. Maybe you decide to show up to that appointment, because it's possible you forgot you had one, and you can't call to find out, and they wouldn't send you an appointment reminder for an appointment that doesn't exist. Right? Wrong again, my friend. The professionalism shown by this office is on par, or maybe even a little below, the local Tallahassee trap house. However, unlike the local trap house who would take your money and give you your fix, Dr. Pandit's office will actually take your co-pay at the front desk (trap window) and let you wait in their empty waiting room for 45 minutes before they take you back to the tinier waiting room, also known as the "exam room", letting you wait in there for another hour and 45 minutes, just for the nurse to come in and tell you that you didn't actually have an appointment and that Dr. Pandit isn't even in that day. Crazy, right? You betcha. Sometimes, if you are really lucky, they let you wait in the big waiting room for up to three hours. Three hours! Seriously, what else were you going to do with your time? Hope you brought your phone charger, a change of clothes, toothbrush, and a sleeping bag because you're going to be there for a long, long time. Be extra, extra sure when you schedule your appointment time that they are talking about a.m. or p.m. It could save your whole day. Seriously, this is the worst doctor's office you could ever have the misfortune of going to. If you are trusting your life to this doctor's office, just play Russian Roulette instead. Your odds of surviving are much better. Fortunately, there are other cardiologists in town who don't make you wait for hours after your scheduled appointment time. Whose phones actually work. Who don’t send out phantom appointment reminders. Do yourself a favor and pick a different cardiologist. The other 5 star reviews on here have to be from the staff. I can’t believe it otherwise. Follow up from double bypass surgery. Appt went very well. Very informational as Dr. Pandit talks in understandable terms. I am highly pleased with care I have received and I highly recommend Dr. Pandit to anyone needing cardiac care.

He is open and honest and will do his best to take care of your health needs. I took several months to find a good cardiologist, and I believe I hit the jackpot. I recently saw Dr. Pandit for the first time. I was looking for answers and solutions to some concerns I had. Well, I found what I was looking for in Dr. Pandit. He listens attentively, responds thoroughly, and is willing to work with you. He demonstrates confidence, and instills confidence in his patients. I am putting my health and trust in Dr. Pandit and fell good about it.

Dr. Pandit was great, very thorough and present. Staff was kind, professional helpful. Appointment was on schedule. Scheduling was difficult. I had 2 appointments rescheduled and finally got an appointment 30 days after my initial one which was a problem for me as I only had a 60 day window available. I have not been able to access my patient portal and did not receive a requested email to reset and unlock it.

Dr Pandit is very caring and compassionate. Listens to my questions and concerns and provides clear concise feedback. Takes whatever time is necessary so that I have a good and informed visit.

As is typical, waiting time in the office for a cardiac specialist is longer than for your G.P. , but the staff is quite friendly. Dr. Pandit has a great "bedside manor" and is obviously on the top of his game. I like that he really listens to the patient, and explains the reasoning behind his recommendations.

Great service! From the doctor himself to receptionist. This people make me feel as if they really care. They have done everything to help me and then some. I would have much rather not needed their service, but since I do need it I am very happy to be in their care.

Dr Pandit is very professional and friendly. He gives the test results and then gives you the opportunity to ask questions.

Dr. Pandit always takes as much time as necessary to explain proposed tests and procedures in terms that are easily understood. He listens patiently to concerns and provides appropriate guidance. Dr. Pandit is great. His office needs some work on answering phones and responding to messages. What good is a doctor if he cannot be contacted? Also, the office waiting room needs a better selection of magazines.

I am most fortunate to have found a Cardiologist that is open and frank with me. He pulls no punches, tells me what I need to know. I respect that, and prepares me for what to expect in the future. And most of all instructs me of what symptoms to I might experience. If this is what you are looking for in a Cardiologist, make an appointment with Dr., Pandit.

This is an example of a healthcare practice that is there for you. Friendly caring and providing it in a timely manner. Every one listens to you and gives you their full attention when you share your concerns and ask follow-up questions. You feel as if you matter. Dr. Pandit talks to you and at your level gives you time and shows his concern for your well being.

I had the pleasure of meeting this great doctor and his stsff,and they were very professional and he was very understanding and very informative with the information he gave me,he did an excellent job with my procedure, explained everything in detail and had answers to any questions i had.I woukd highly recommend him to anyone.He has a caring and passionate personality for his patients, and the staff and doctor work as a team and treat you as family with a smike and good attitude.

Dr. Pandit was awesome. I had to get a test completed and what started out as getting the test two weeks from my visit with him, ended up with Dr. Pandit himself calling the other office and me getting my test done the same day. He's very friendly, professional and made sure I understood everything and not just the test I had with him but also explained another test that I had to get done.

I love him and I am always referring him to new patients. I appreciate what he has done by saving my life and not allowing me to die. I had never met him and he kept seeing my name on the hospital board when he came to work. My heart was beating at 11%. He asked was I trying to die and every since then It has been 4 years and I wouldn't change for nothing. He is a pleasant and sweet and kind man.

This was a very positive first experience. Dr. Pandit gave me educational information about my heart issues that the other heart specialist had not provided and clarified what had been provided. I found him to be attentive, thorough, and interested in helping me to maintain my health to the best that I can make it. I am now undergoing updated testing which will establish his recommended course of treatment for me.

Dr. Pandit established a personal relationship with me during my intake exam. He showed a sincere interest in my health and well being. I look forward to his recommendations and medical care and trust his advice.

My cardiologist of 11 years recently left my area, so I went searching I went with Dr. Pandit., and am glad I found him. He was easy to talk to and took time for my questions, even waiting while I tried to remember "what I've forgotten". He had some good advice and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time.
