A good doctor. I had a severe allergy that I didn't know what to do anymore, and I went to him. He gave me the correct medicine and I feel very well. I recommend it.

This was one of the worst medical visits I’ve ever experienced. I came into this visit hopeful that I could get some answers about a chronic, recurring issue, and left this office feeling dismissed and berated. I saw this provider once previously and reluctantly went back because the referral was on file—I really regret not insisting on a different doctor. Dr. Nguyen didn’t listen to my medical history, acted condescending during my entire exam, and made fat-phobic comments to me. I was there to investigate my chronically swollen tonsils—he disregarded the issues I was seeing him for and diagnosed me with something HE had already diagnosed me with in a previous visit, an issue for which I was still doing speech therapy for. He then spent the latter part of the visit interrupting my questions in order to bark orders on how to properly use my voice, at which point I shut down in order to just get this visit over with. It’s really disheartening. You go into a doctors office hoping for care and compassion, spending time and money to haul yourself in for a visit, only to be met with ridicule and near hostility while trying to advocate for your health. This is the kind of treatment that makes people delay medical care, fearing judgement and dismissal from people who are supposed to help. I went in to see Dr. Nguyen about lingering ear problems from past ear infections. I scheduled my appointment during Spring Break when I had time off but the office called and forced me to reschedule 3 weeks later since Dr. Nguyen decided to go on vacation. Still, Dr. Nguyen straight up told me it “wasn’t an excuse” for failing to see him earlier. Dr. Nguyen was rude, unprofessional, and impatient for my entire visit. He kept asking me why I was seeing him when I had no symptoms (I had symptoms when I scheduled the appointment). He wouldn’t let me get a word in to respond to his questions and cut me off several times. He also cleaned out my ear wax but never told me why and didn’t tell me what exactly he was doing (I had to look at my medical record when I got home). This physician is the BEST I’ve encountered and I’ve had a few ENT’s opinions! If you want to know your true options look nowhere else! Professional is an understatement compared to many I’ve visited! Thanks Doc You’re Awesome!!!!!!

Excellent Dr. And staff. Dr. Listens great when I talk and answers any questions. Also he is very gentle with the exams. My daughter is a nurse and knew him from the hospital as a good Dr. I told her I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen as I've found it to be true that he is a good Doctor.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Nguyen and I am very impressed. Once you enter the office there is a very small wait, I was seen almost immediately. Once you go back they take your vitals and see what the reason for the visit is and his Nurse Victoria was amazing. Everything moved at a good pace and they are very thorough with your visit. Once Dr. Nguyen came in he instantly observed the issues I told him about. After about 5 minutes of talking about my problem, he then spent a good amount of time explaining treatment and medications as well. Overall the visit was quick, thorough, and worth it. This is the best ENT I’ve been to and will most definitely come back and recommend everyone I know to him. Nurse Victoria was very helpful and informative as well, his staff rocks, you are in great hands if you come to this office. I really appreciate the Doctor sitting down and talking out my issues and guiding me what to do to eliminate the problem, 10/10 recommended switching to this office for all your ENT needs. EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL for someone to be called Dr! I was supposed to be treated as a new pt but as soon as he heard me mentioned my dad’s name (whom prev was his pt) he flipped on me immediately and started criticizing my family. I am sorry that you did not have a great time treating my dad as a pt but I DONT CARE! Wonderful doctor. He’s really kind and respectful. Fixed my septum and changed my life by doing it. I can actually breathe through my nose for the first time.

I’m very unhappy with this doctor! I had a nose fracture last year. Doctor Nguyen, did the operation to straighten the septum, days later I realized that the shape of my nose was not the same as before, I went to back to see the doctor and he told me that it was fine that it would be like before, that i was just need to wait. The days passed, months and did not return to be as before. I went to see my general doctor, he ordered me to get an x-ray, where it was seen that my nose still had the septum fracture. So, Dr. Nguyen did not fix my nose! My nose is not the same shape, is ugly and I still have the septum fracture. Im very disappointed about Dr. Nguyen I will not recommend him at all!

No complaints with the doctor himself. Staff doesn’t answer phones and if they do then put you on hold for hours! Doctor recommended an audiology test ASAP but no referral was given which is required by my insurance plan to see a specialist, can’t get ahold of anyone in the office to explain problem. I guess this doctor is a good deal for patients with PPO but not HMO! Referrals are basic knowledge with HMO which they lack!

Awful place. The wait time was 2 hours. The receptionist is very rude. I came in for sinus problems and the doctor asked a couple of questions then decided see my nose with a camera. I was given some nose sprays... then surprised me with a $890.00 bill for NASAL ENDOSCOPY. He should’ve told his patients that he will do that procedure and there would be a charge. However he didn’t. He just decides to do that procedure without telling the patient and expects them to pay. Never come to this office especially if you don’t have insurance. First visit....everyone from Front Desk staff to Dr Nguyen was responsive and attentive to my needs and concerns. No wait time at all. Dr Nguyen was very thorough in his examination and knowledgeable in his assessment of my condition. Would definitely recommend this doctor for ENT problems.

Dr. Nguyen is one of the best ENT doctors I have gotten to know. I am constantly having to have tubes put in my ears even at the age (69) I am at. He genuinely cares for his patients.

Very happy with the results!

This was my first time there, and all i can say i had a very good experience. Doctor was so nice and gave me everything i needed to get through the ear infection i had. The front desk , Erika Velez helped me out so much and answered all my questions. Very friendly and nice. I will definitely recommend this place. ☺️

Dr. Nguyen is fantastic! I went to him for a second opinion, and wished I had just seen him first. He found a non-surgical solution and spent plenty of time with me to listen, discuss, and thoroughly examine for any issues.

Dr. Ninh Nguyen was awesome. He was kind and had lots of patience with my son whom was in tears and scared. He didn't force him to feel or do anything. We worked tigtoget to fihfig out what was best for my son and I would definitely recommend him as a doctor and strongly consider using him again in the future!!

I am very impressed with the entire organization. The staff is amazing. I was given three referrals by my Primary Care doctor and of the three, only this facility accepted my insurance. After days of loud ringing in my ears I was nearly at the end of my ‘rope’ and needed an appointment as soon as possible. The online scheduling tool is the preferred method of making an appointment which I used but didn’t feel the sense of urgency was conveyed. When the urgency was understood by the staff I was put in a first available position. Dr. Nguyen made a diagnosis and had medication ready for pick up by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. Great service! I was a walk in, and after being told initially that I would have to come back, the receptionist was kind enough to double check with her manager to see if I can wait to see if a patient cancels. I waited for only 25min before I was called to see the Dr. Dr Nguyen was courteous and friendly, and really helped me understand the different possible causes of my symptoms. I will keep seeing him ?

My family doctor recommended me Ninh Nguyen and it was an excellent recommendation. Despite the few weeks of waiting for the first visit, I am now really happy and satisfied with the rapid improvement of my health. His professionalism and experience allowed him to treat not only my nasal disease but other areas of my health that have been impacted. He and his staff gave me an exceptional good impression. What a great team! From the front desk ladies to the ladies in the back that do the billing!! I had a great experience! Been dealing with hem for six months now and I always get treated with respect and promptness! Dr. Nguyen is the type of doctor that takes just the right amount of time with me during my visits. It’s not a quick in and out rush like most doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his team to family and friends!

Loved loved the doctor and staff. His bedside manner was extremely helpful during my exam. The only drawback was I waited an hour before I was seen after being told he didn’t schedule appointments after 4, so I left work early and wasn’t seen until 5:00.

Had such a great experience and the staff are truly compassionate and caring. I was referred to Dr. Nguyen by Dr. Richard Bang and I never got around to calling the office and the office ended up calling me. My husband took our five yr old daughter for a second opinion... on the first visit my husband told me he was very rude and did not pay attention to what he had to say nevertheless this Dr gave her a treatment and he said that if this did not work the next step was surgery... Would not recomend this doctor. He did not listen to my description of my problem. Because of this I had to go do 2 CT scans, when the correct one the first time could have easily covered the concerned area. He did not pay attention to my condition report from his own audioligist. I don't recommend this Doctor. I went to him and he went down my nose to my throat, and my voice started having problems. I went to my PCP and she recommended I go back to see him. I wish I would of just listen to the reviews. Before I went to the clinic, I filled out the paperwork before hand so the appointment could go quick. The reception in the front was really nice and also the nurse who weighed and took my sons blood pressure. There was no wait and I got called back right away. The problem was a doctor. As soon as he walked in the room, there was no smile, he did not even introduce himself and just asked me what was wrong with my son. I told him the problem he looked at me like I was stupid and told me that I was the problem because I clean my sons ears with Q tips. He did not even explain himself at all and just told my son to sit back. My son was clueless on what he was gonna do to him because he didn't even explain himself. he "cleaned" the wax. Used this long stick and just inserted it in my sons eat and he said he was done. Whenever he was done, he just told me " okay follow me" and didn't even explain what he did or nothing or even say bye to us. Doctor was rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give it less than 1 start!!! The Vietnamese staff was awful, she is so mean and unprofessional. My mom has an appointment at 1:30pm and we came at 1:00pm as we were told. Once we arrived, she said my mom's appointment is 3:10pm. After few minutes conversation, she gave us some papers to fill out which took us approximate 20mins to do so. We were seated for 1 hour and then they called us to come in. I though we're going to see the doctor soon but oh no. We had to waited another hour!!!! While we were waiting, we asked why do we have to wait for so long, the Vietnamese girl yelled at us and said our appointment is at 3:10pm so we have to wait; while the other girl nicely told us she will contact the doctor for us! The doctor is very nice and he took care of my mom very well. This was an awful experience. Hope they will change the way the work with patients I wish I could give it less than 1 start!!! My 2 visits to Dr. Nguyen resulted in a correct diagnosis & treatment and the right prescription to solve two problems I had. The Staff and Doctor were polite, thorough and professional.
