I went to her office with complaints most of the time and she always sends me home with nothing and attitude. It’s sad because she doesn’t love what she does.very rude.

Dr Nina has been my children's Dr for almost 13 years. Unfortunately the front desk staff is misinformed, disrespectful and have succeeded in ruining this relationship that I thought would last many more years. My kids enjoyed their time with Dr Nina.

Horrible doctor. Will not recommend unless you are of her nationality. She does not listen to the parents concerns. Very demeaning not willing to help Unprofessional did not right up lab slip because she was upset. Did not order proper blood test. Very rude and nasty tone. This was my third time experiencing this even my daughter noticed how rude she was. Disgusting act for a pediatrician

Dr Nina and her staff have been my kids doctor going on nine years now. She’s the absolute best with my kids. I can call them whenever I need assistance and they tell me come on in without hesitation. I love the fact that my kids are very comfortable around her and that’s a big plus for me. I recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Nina is a great doctor. My children have been her patients for the past 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. I’ve been with this Dr. Nina since I was 13 years old. My children has been her patient since birth. I never had an issue with her office, and they have never had an issue with me until recently. Her staff members at the front desk has lost their ability to provide excellent customer service. Today was the second time I was disrespected, and Dr. Nina did nothing but blame me. Today, I asked if it was possible if they could email me my child’s medical record. Instead of expressing to me that it may not be possible due to the fact that today is an extremely busy day, the receptionist told me NO. Now I don’t mind hearing a no, but I do mind when you get smart with me and tell me they don’t have time for that. Now I believe it’s all in how you say things and not what you say. Then when I continue to ask more questions, she decided to tell me she doesn’t have time for me. So, I decided to give her the same energy back and more. She then transfer me to Dr. Nina. Front desk probably one of the worst doesn’t know how to handle patients, lies to patients. if you are going into this office go with the other doctor your child might end up dying under this care! 1 Star is pushing for this office for the sake of your child go to another doctor!

She is the WORST doctor in Maryland! My daughter had styrofoam stuck in her ear and I took her to Dr. Nina so that she could remove it. My daughter was fairly young (3-4) so she was understandably scared and started crying. After looking for 1 minute and being frustrated that my daughter was crying she said “this is ridiculous! If you think something is in her ear take her to ER!” Needless to say I was in complete shock. I took her to GBMC where they were patient and successfully removed the styrofoam and put it in a styrofoam and told me to take it to her. She called my precious 9 months old brilliant baby boy "scabby" ( "паршивец" ) on a visit. She gave me the prescription, that my pharmacy refused to fill for me (because it was dangerous amount) before and she had to re-write it and I still went back to see her, she told me to start giving my baby solids at 4 months, which is NOT what American Academy of Pediatrics saying, I still went back to see her. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The front desk staff are very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The level of disrespect that I encountered today from this office is appalling! When I asked to speak with the boss, they refused to give his/her info & hung up on me 5 times as well as cursed me out. Had other employees impersonating the boss of this establishment. I don’t understand the negative comments I have never had any problems with the Front desk or MA’s. Best Front Desk, they are always extremely helpful, when I had knee surgery one of the front desk ladies even dropped my childs prescription to the pharmacy downstairs, they are very loving, Dr. Nina so far is the best pediatrician I have ever been to with my kids. I love her so much, she always gives the best advice. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Kashtelyan has always been quite thorough and proactive in all my checkups. With other doctors I always had the sense I needed to ask for the action first (e.g. do I need this test, should I worry about xyz), but not with her.
