Very thorough, not to mention friendly and obviously experienced.

Dr Salari did an outstanding job of relieving my pain. Would highly recommend him. He is professional and straightforward.

4 weeks after the referral was issued....no call, nothing. I finally called and set up the appointment. Dr. Salari seemed in a rush, didn't really feel like I was heard. Even though I asked for Mayo clinic for the injection he ignored me and is referring me to somebody else.

For the most part quality of care was pretty good. Dr. Salari was very professional and the staff was ok. Needing to get an answer from them and you leave a message and hope for a reply. Sometimes I wouldn't receive one.

Dr. Salari is amazing! He took such good care of me and did an awesome job with my surgery! I couldn't ask for better care! I am very pleased!

My experience at HonorHealth Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale and at Desert Institute for Spine Care in Phoenix was throughout a very positive one - the preliminary meetings with Dr. Salari, the actual surgery and the post-surgical assessment two weeks after surgery. I felt Dr. Salari's deep and serious interest for my well-being during and after the procedures. His specific concern for my situation as a professional pianist and teacher gave me a positive feeling of trust and understanding; his goals as a physician went distinctively beyond mere pain relief and the treatment of the "Postlaminectomy syndrome". Dr. Solari is a very gifted ortho surgeon. My husband had cervical disc surgery and was instantly pain free and is having a pain-free and effective recovery. I saw him for my LBP and he referred me to another Dr. for steroid injections and diagnosed my hip degeneration...out come pending...

Dr. Nima Salari is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my back , and care for his patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

The volume of preliminary paperwork is inordinate so allow extra time on the appt day to complete it. The front office staff is pleasant and professional as was Dr Salari and his assistant. They patiently and thoroughly answered the many layperson questions. Moreover, I was provided an action plan for the future that allayed my concerns about undergoing initial drastic invasive procedures.

Dr. Nima Salari at DISC is the best back surgeon. He has worked his magic on me twice and both times, the surgery was successful. I would recommend him to anyone that needs back surgery.

My initial consult was enough to know this Clinic is outstanding. Very professional and run beautifully. I have been dealing with spine issues since June of 2022. Mayo Clinic is my primary health care. They did nothing to help me with my issues. They knew what was wrong, but when Dr. Salari saw my images he said he could see what was wrong, as they did, BUT he has an outpatient procedure that should take of my pain and can get me in within a short period of time. Need I say more except Dr. Salari's very energetic and likeable.

My experience was good and bad… The first part of my visit was not good. The waiting room is not set up for people that have back pain or accommodate plus size people with the chairs. I had to stand for 40 minutes before I was called in to see the doctor. When the gal called my name to take me to the room, she had no introduction or even looked at me just walked down the long hall to the room. The room was a long, narrow space that had two chairs, facing the wall for the patient. There was a cove with a countertop and the doctors chair on the opposite side facing the other way of the room. so when the gal that took me to the room, sat down, facing one way, and I was in the chair for the patient facing the other way, not even looking at each other. when she asked questions, I could not even hear her. So I got up and had to move my chair so I was facing her so I could at least communicate. Finally, the good part! When Dr. Nima Salari finally came into the room, he greeted me with a smile and a tender handshake, and a very warm reception. And I had a positive experience with my first appointment with him.

Dr. Salari is a magician! I'm pain free post-surgery, which I didn't think was possible. Dr. Salari and his team are caring professionals. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Salari if you are experiencing back or neck pain.

I am very pleased with Dr Salari and the Disc staff. The surgery was pain free. The total time I was in the surgery facility was one hour...the back pain was gone immediately. I recently had the pleasure of treating at this facility and it's by far one of the cleanest, most tech savvy offices I have been to and the staff was amazing and quick. I saw Dr Salari for a new compression fracture, the appt was easy to get in, staff friendly. I’m currently waiting for surgery scheduling to call me but Dr Salari said this would all be done in 2-3 weeks. I love the not waiting for months to get in.

From the very beginning of making an appointment (which by the way they got me in within 2 days!!!) to the next couple of appointments of reading the ct scans, x-rays and mri results, to discussing my issues, to scheduling surgery date, to coming home from hospital, to where I am today, 7 1/2 weeks post surgery, I am 1000% happy with Dr Salari and his excellent team. My surgery, which was a back fusion of L5 S1 was a complete success! I couldn't be happier. Desert Institute for Spine Care is a TOP NOTCH facility!! Dr Salari and his surgical team were outstanding in every regard. During the pre-op appointment, he allowed me ample opportunities to ask questions about the surgery and post surgery requirements. After the surgery, Dr Salari went over the entire surgical process, including the 2 Coflex implants he placed in my lower back. The staff at DISC were extremely helpful. This is, by far, the best surgical experience I have had. I appreciate Dr. Salari's gentle, often light-hearted, yet straight forward approach to what he can or cannot offer me in the way of giving me relief from my pain. This is my second visit for two different issues, and I was worried I might get turned away yet again, as I have been over the past 8-9 years I've been seeking help for a long overdue cervical spine issue in the city where I live. Thankfully my prayers were answered and finally moving forward to hopefully getting the relief I've needed for nearly 15 years of waiting to address my cervical disc issue. Dr.Salari, and the entire staff at DISC have been fantastic. I have had appointments at the Scottsdale and Phoenix locations, and both offices are properly staffed, and run very well. My experience with Dr.Salari has been very positive. Dr.Salari is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain complex issues in a way that is easy to understand. Although I have another procedure scheduled to take place in the near future, I know Dr. Salari has the skill set and aptitude to take care of my issues with expert precision and care!

I was amazed to see how efficient the entire staff was right from the minute I walked into the office.
