Dr will give anything to you as long as you pay the fees. Dr Kurashi advised that my grandmother had a deficiency, and that was incorrect. My grandmother ended up in the hospital and was advised that some of her meds were not good due to her health issues.

I first want to start off by saying Dr. Kuraishi is GREAT!!!! She's honest and caring. The front desk staff are rude and disrespectful!! This has been my primary Doctors office for the last several years and I will NEVER schedule another visit with them after last week. They have horrible communication stills, they lie and they're consistently condescending. I've even witness the staff communicate different when a white male (with respect) verses me a black male (in a condescending tone). When I decided to speak with the supervisor about my concerns, she defended the nasty behavior of her coworker(s) and then lied to my face. Dr. Kuraishi will continue to lose patients if her staff isn't revamped. I advise going to another Doctors office in Las Vegas because the rudeness isn't worth it!! In these days of 'everyone is a specialist' it is refreshing to find a 'general' doctor. She is calm, smart, and truly listens. This is a small office and same staff/employees each visit. Highly recommend.

Dr.Kuraishi is my parents doctors. My mother and father both absolutely love her. She goes above and beyond for all her patients. Very understanding and compassionate doctor who also speaks Spanish! Dr. Kuraishi has been my primary doctor for the last 25 yeas, She has kept me healthy & has been available when I had personal concerns. I trust in her advice & professional concern for my health.

I had to complain several times to the office manager and the Doctor to get my prescription correct. It was not awe inspiring. After that I had my final visit with Doctor Kuraishi. I visited her every three months for the past year but the last visit she said I should make a reservation for 6 months from that visit. I needed a refill for a prescription that they had screwed up but was told by the office manager that it needed to be in 3 months? I told her about my last visit which she was not present for however she was rude and told me what was going to happen. I asked to speak with Dr. Kuraishi the office manager said I could only speak to her in an office visit TERRIBLE DOCTOR AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

The 1st visit she was great loved the fact I was from Hawaii. I came to see her because I just developed allergies and had no clue how to handle them. She had me get my blood drawn and tested without notifying me that I would be receiving a bill for that. The 2nd visit she literally "So what are you here for?" I had to basically tell her how to do her own damn job. She nearly forgot my prescription before I left. She said that she hires her patience to become her office staff so they are all complete morons. One of them pulled me a side to say I had covid in the main lobby area then 5 minutes later she said I didnt have covid. Like really??? Wow DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR SHE SUCKS! I just came down with the stomach virus and I didn't even see her she facetimed me from Cali. When I was sent the doctors note I was also reminded that I owed money from an appointment two months ago. Like what???? Horrible she will bleed you for your money before actually helping you.

If I could give a zero star I would. This place makes you wait two hours just see the doctor. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

Very unprofessional. I’ve put up with the long wait times and snobby attitude of the nurses that work there for far too long and today was the icing on the cake. How can you set an appointment up for someone only to show up and be told they’re closed, yet they’re all having a buffet in the back. I will be switching my primary health provider first thing in the morning. Spare yourself the trouble. The charge nurse is a druggy and all they do is talk bad about their patients in Spanish. All physicians are entitled to take vacations or otherwise leave their office for personal and other reasons; both the public and the law recognize this right. It is, however, inappropriate for physicians to do so without arranging for another doctor, in the same specialty, to be ready to handle any emergencies or routine problems that arise. Most doctors work in groups and easily make such arrangements by ensuring that their partners and associates will be available. It is not enough, however, for physicians to leave a recorded message on the answering machine telling a patient to simply go to the hospital. A solo practitioner should arrange for another physician, in the local area and in the same specialty, to be available to handle emergencies. They failed at this and this location is very unprofessional with ridiculous wait times even with appointments. I have spent the last hour ,past my appointment time, in her lobby. I began to read past reviews and read each of them most saying how they had to wait well past their appointment times?! I like coming here because the doctor is very attentive to your concerns, however the wait here is ridiculous. I came just for test results and ended up waiting a hour( yes, I had an appointment) I really dislike that they try to charge you a cancellation fee, but it takes them forever to see you. It’s ridiculous. It’s a small office and the chairs are dirty. The staff spend their time gossiping behind the desk. The doctor is good. The front office assistants rude. The back office assistant are ok. I recommend the Dr Kuraishi. The office would be better with new front office assistants. They are not professionals.

Dr. Kuraishi has been my family doctor for over 10 years. She speaks over 3 different languages . She was able to speak to m y mother in Spanish , and she appreciated that. I've very much respected her for her knowledge and her caring for her patients. Yes, I've waited over an hour to see her but it was worth the wait. I trust and knew that I was in good hands. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It saddens me to see the negative reviews but It's also could be a misunderstanding specially when someone is in physical pain. The office is filthy. Equipment is dirty and old. A patient has a high chance of contacting a bacterial infection as well as staph infection at this office

At first, she was great. But on the 2bd, 3rd, and 4th visit, she was late and then seemed to be in a hurry. She was new to me at 52 years old and didn't ask questions about my history, which is very important at my age. My previous doctor of 20 + years switched to senior care and so a new doctor was a very big step for me. Dr. KURAISHI TAKES VERY GOOD CARE OF THE BASIC MEDICAL Issues. But is not interested in your life or your past, which IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Gave 1 star only because I can't giver lower than that. She is an absolute incompetent dr who is working in this field probably just to payoff her expensive house in summerlane. Because of her I went through hell, she was too busy making money rather than paying attention to the patient and diagnosing or addressing the correct issue. She is the worst doctor ever. She will spend 3 min with you, and wont listen to you at all. She gave me wrong medication for hyperthyroid, and luckily I got second opinion and didn't take any of the meds she gave me. When I called her to ask her a question they told me she doesn't talk to patients over the phone. I would not recommend anyone to see her, she will not help you. But she will definitely give you prescription for narcotics and medication that you don't need at all. Her staff is rude and like her they don't care at all. Dr. Nilofar Kuraishi is a brilliant, kind , caring and professional family doctor. Our family has been seen by this office for over 20 years and we have always been treated with kindness from her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kuraishi to friends and family.

The waiting room is cramped. The chairs are dirty. The staff is rude and very unfriendly. The wait time is horrendous. The bathroom is gross. I do not recommend this doctor.

Great doctor but she takes forever to assist you after more than a hour in your appointment time!

Dr. Kuraishi and staff have been attentive and exceptional always. I would refer my Doctor to anyone who is in need of quality care. I seen previous reviews and the wait time seems to be a factor. I just wanted to say I do not mind the wait since it is time she may need to spend with her patients that may need that added attention for that visit. I have experienced in the past where a dr is in and out 2 min after. I will gladly wait for my Doctor, when it is my time to be seen she is 100% involved in the care of my needs and well being. Dr.Kurahshi is my current family doctor. I have so much respect for her.She has an incredible bedside manner and is always smiling. She is treating me for depression. My entire family is deceased. I've broken down in front of her and she treated me like as if I were her son.There are many more great ways I can describe her but I don't want to make this into a book.much love,Josh Stjohn. The wait is terribly long. I usually wait 3-4 hours to be seen. Dr. Kuraishi is a nice doctor but her staff is just rude and not very productive. They do not greet you with a smile and they give you a bit of attitude if you accuse them of getting something wrong on the paperwork. I believe its time to hire some new staff. I think I'll have to get a new doctor. :(

I have never waited so long to see a Dr when I had an appt. Getting a referral for any other specialist is like pulling teeth, I,ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for a referral, will be looking for new Doctor. Dr Kuraishi is a sweetheart, but she needs all new office staff, they are slow and lazy.

The wait is literally 3-5 hours. Making an appointment doesn't mean you will be seen faster. The last time I made an appointment it took 4 hours to be seen. The staff let me know, I was lucky to be seen so fast! The staff will actually put walk in appointments ahead of you, talks about your illness, no matter how embarrassing in front of the other patients, low quality staff and care. The Dr. continues to give prescriptions that my insurance doesn't cover and will not call the pharmacy back.
