Dr. Novotny took her time with my visit, was very thorough in her explanation of my issues. Terrific bedside manner. I wouldn't hesitate recommending her to my family and friends.

Dr. Novotny is straight forward, and will tell you exactly what you need to know. I fully trust her as she has already corrected my deviated septum. She is a great doctor with no bull Sh*t. Thank you Dr. Novotny!!

My daughter was recently referred to Dr. Novotny by her primary care physician. The scheduling department was very easy to work with and understood the urgency. Dr. Novotny put my daughter at ease and talked to her and listened to what my daughter had to say. She explained everything that was going to happen so my daughter wasn't frightened. Dr. Novotny was sympathetic to the concerns of myself and my husband and ran all the proper tests to diagnose my daughter. This was a positive experience.

Dr. Novotny did not evaluate my problem with the level of concern that I would expect from a dedicated medical professional. My exam was very awkward and puzzling and made me feel quite uncomfortable. As I was seated in the exam chair she stood BEHIND the chair I was in and asked her questions - she turned the chair this way and that as she asked questions and seemed to move about the exam room I wasn't able to make eye contact with her for the greatest part of the exam.

Seeing Dr. Novotny changed my life! I had been a smoker for 9 years and didn't think I could ever quit. She spent plenty of time with me and didn't rush off to another person. She gave me incentive and helpful information that gave me the courage I needed to quit smoking and I have been smoke free now for over a year. Thank you, Dr. Novotny!

Dr. Novotny cared for a family member. She was kind, compassionate and caring. The diagnosis was accurate and treatment worked wonderfully. We are very happy with her cars.

Dr. Novotny is kind, thorough, caring and intelligent. She has wonderful staff. The office is clean and friendly. I received excellent care there.

I believe that this doctor is extremely knowledgeable in her field, articulate, authentic with her information that she imparts rather than holds back for me to hear or know, AND I think her disposition is very cheerful and positive. Finally, I believe her intention and reason she is in the profession is because she truly cares about people being healthy, wants to educate her patients to be responsible about their choices for health.

Dr. Novotny is a very rude person. She will spend hours telling you stop smoking your gonna die of cancer, If i could I would its hard!!!!!! Then she told me how fat I was again I know Im overwieght but SO IS SHE!!!! VERY RUDE will not go back EVER
