The Urgent Care clinic was busy when I had my visit with Nikolus Richey PA, but he remained compassionate and attentive. He was also efficient and I was in and out quickly. Wish he could be my primary care doc!

Nikolus Richey did a great job of answering my questions and advising me on treatment options. I highly recommend him.

I appreciated Mr. Richey’s warm and calm demeanor and how he communicated with clarity. I would be happy to see him as a provider again.

Nikolus was wonderful, and so was the entire team from the front desk to the nurse who got me started on my visit. Nikolus left me feeling well informed and optimistic about the next steps to take. So glad I went to Rockwood Urgent Care!

Dr. Richey was fabulous - professional, compassionate and provided excellent care, as did the whole staff.

Very kind and reassuring bedside manners. I very much trusted his medical advice. I would be pleased to see him again if I needed medical assistance.

All I can say is that he did an excellent job. He was very personable and explained everything very carefully.

Dr. Richey took his time with me, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with my exam and test results.

We arrived at the Rockwood Main Clinic and I checked in with Joanne at the desk. What a joy she was and I immediately felt comfortable. I was in a very distressed state as I thought my kidney were failing. I was in tears and exceedingly scared. We sat down to wait to be called. About 1 1/2 hours of sitting in discomfort and I was getting worse and more fearful. A nurse that I found out later called yet another patient back ahead of me. I understand there are other that may have had a check in time ahead of me. However after all that time and no one telling me the protocols in advance, I was a little frustrated. That’s when that nurse asked me “are you upset?” I really thought she meant it seeing that I was crying and clearly in discomfort. So, I answered, “yes, I am”. Why else would I be in an urgent care crying. But her response to me was THE MOST unprofessional and damaging response I’ve ever heard from a nurse who’s soul job is to provide comfort, care and respect. She said in anger, “YOU NEED TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER PEOPLE”. I was in complete shock!!! I hadn’t complained at all at any point in time. I did not deserve that treatment at all!!! She should really consider a job change as she is not comforting, caring or respectful herself. I simply answered a question. For the rest of my experience I HIGHLY PRAISE the nurse that did take me back. She listened to me cry and be a human scared if what might be very bad news!!!! My PA, Nikolus Richey was so phenomenal! Between the the awesome nurse and PA Richey, I could calm down and deal with the news. They provided the most comfort and absolute care at a time so crucial to me. I couldn’t thank them enough♥️ But, due to that nurse, my family and I will no longer go to that urgent care, which is truest a sadness as I’ve always gotten the best care there. Nikolus Richey was very helpful to me and great with helping me figure out my health problems. Everyone was very nice.

PA Richey was great. He answered all of our many questions and took care of all our issues with either prescriptions or over the counter meds. We are very happy with his care for my 15 yr old son.

Took my profoundly deaf daughter to the urgent care clinic at Rockwood Main; the provider was patient, calm, and really listened to her complaints. Would be happy to have him again!

I came in as a walk-in twice in the last week.. I never waited more than ten minutes. The whole office is professional and very friendly. They listened to my concerns and took into consideration my suggestions for treatment. it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them.

Doctor still not sure of what is going on. Super weak legs, 5 falls in last 3 weeks. He did speak to my rheumatologist and they think it’s the muscles that are swollen. Excellent service and care. I am new to the US and the staff were very helpful with explaining the administration of being a new patient. Nikolus Richie provided excellent care and took the time to actively listen to my concerns and explained everything to me.

My daughter had an earring back stuck in her ear. Nic and the staff at urgent care were fantastic! He explained exactly what he was going to do and was quick. Thank you, thank you for being so wonderful to my terrified daughter!!

My visit with Nikolus was very satisfactory.

Very good care and very inquisitive of the circumstances surrounding my illness and history. Took the time to call my oncologist in order to provide me the best medicine.

Nikolus was very inquisitive and compassionate. He took the time to ask questions and the most important thing... listen to the answers. He asked me for my input and what I wanted. I really appreciated him and would recommend him to others.
