My doctor for more than 20 years, and as long as I've known him, he never fails to greet his patients with a warm welcome and an award winning smile. He and his staff makes one feel more than welcome and quite at home.

I am extremely upset and chocked about how this office including the doctor handled a recent situation!! I basically was not treated like a patient that has been going there for years. They made it clear that all they seem to care about are their office policies. I do not recommend this office at all!

I am currently a patient of Dr. Spier for the past several years . Dr. Spier is one of the finest doctors in broward county. He is very thorough, caring , and kind . I have seen a lot of doctors throughout the years and have never felt the compassion from any of them like him . Caring and calm OB. I switched to his office after my first appt with him. After my first ultrasound and we saw my tiny baby on the screen he said "this is why I love my job". My last OB said "you can still miscarry you have to get to 12 weeks.." total 180 of an experience! He always has nice bedside manner and has such a calm demeanor even when I needed to have a c-section. And his staff is actually nice and helpful!! Caring and calm OB. Went to Dr. Spier for years for annual exams. The staff is great. There’s always an extremely long wait but I trusted him and kept going until my last appointment. I made sure to make the first appointment of that day so I didn’t have to wait. I was taken to the exam room and I got undressed. I waited an hour and a half before being seen. I complained to the staff and they said they were texting him. When he finally came in I complained to him and he said he was on a call with an insurance company. Very unprofessional to leave a patient waiting because of a phone call. He then rushed my exam and it was very painful. I will never go back to him. Dr. Spier delivered my baby boy. I had a very difficult labor, if it wasn't for Dr. Spier, I'm not sure how things would have turned out. I will never see another OBGYN again, Dr. Spier will definitely deliver my next child when we are ready, him and his staff are superb! Best in South Florida! Dr. Spier is amazing. He has delivered both of my boys and no matter how stressed I was during labor he kept me very calm and comforted. Just hearing his voice immediately soothes you when you need it most. He is an amazing Doctor been going to him for over 13 years now.

Dr. Spier delivered my first baby via emergency c section back in 2017 due to eclampsia @31 weeks. After doing my research I learned that recommended appts during pregnancy after 28 weeks is every 2 weeks. However, he scheduled me 4 weeks later, when I would be 32 weeks pregnant. Had I been seen @30 weeks could the preeclampsia have been detected? Maybe. I still think about that. I was never told to monitor my blood pressure even though I was so swollen. I was just told the swelling was a part of pregnancy. Hopefully, this was a wake up call for him and he thinks of my case during future appts with his patients. I’m grateful for my daughters life and to still be here to enjoy her and my newest baby girl also ?? Check your blood pressure!

Its been 18yrs and I wish I could still see him as my doctor. He is very understanding and explains everything you wonder as I did sense it was my first son who he deliver..

He delivered my daughter and was very thorough, calm, and made my delivery go very smoothly with his coaching. The staff was also phenomenal. They were always available to answer questions on the phone without rushing you off and everyone is really friendly. Pleasant experience overall.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spier’s since I was 15 years old. He has delivered both of my daughters and now at the age of 40, I would be devastated if I ever had to change doctors.

I’ve been going to see Dr Spier for probably just about 10 years now . Most recently, he helped me bring my son into the world in 2016. He is a fantastic doctor , very patient, open to answering whatever questions I had as a new mom, and most importantly , open to my desire to have as much of a natural labor and delivery as possible . Highly recommended . His office is very clean and well kept and the staff is amazing !

He’s great and keep you calm. Can be very quick and not give too much info. Some people don’t need this much info but as a first time mom would be nice to get all the details possible.

Dr. Spier delivered my daughter. My prenatal visits were concise but informative and he never made us feel rushed. He answered all of our questions and was always patient as we were first time parents. Her delivery was uncomplicated. My daughter and I were sent home without any issues after staying in the hospital for two nights.

Great doctor, fast and thorough and very nice. The staff was great and friendly as well! Definitely would recommend this doctor.

Dr. Spier is a fabulous physician and I have been recommending him to my friends. He cared for me during my fourth pregnancy/delivery, and it was my best one in many ways. He is meticulous and professional, yet warm, relaxed and caring. His demeanor during the delivery was such a nice change from my other experiences and I was able to enjoy the process and watch my baby being born in a calm, happy way. His staff is amazing as well, always happy to answer questions and help out. Thank you all!!

Great doctor!

Out standing service From Nigel and his team, he treat us like family, he was very professional and respectful every step of the way, we will be having out second child with him with out no hesitation! I have been going to Dr. Spier for many years now and over this time, not once have I ever experienced a problem. Dr. Spier is friendly, warm, caring and concerned for my well-being. His staff is awesome and they all make you feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

The BEST!

My first visit with Dr. Spider today. Very impressed with his kindness, expertise and availability.

I would not want to go to any other OB. Dr. Spier's spirit and demeanor is calm & trusting. He delivered my two children who are now 15 & 13 and I remember visiting his office when pregnant, he is just as great if not better. He also delivered my sister's and brother's children, my oldest niece being 26 years old.

I've been going to Dr. Spier for over 6 years now. He delivered both of my children. I'm a nervous person by nature and more nervous about everything when I was pregnant, but Dr. Spier and his staff are so calm and caring I felt in good hands. Both of my deliveries went smoothly and if I were to ever have a third I'd never consider another OB. Now strictly as a gynecology patient I feel the same level of comfort and care in his office.

Dr Spier and his staff are wonderful. He delivered both of my children. He is extremely professional, punctual and caring. His staff is very sweet and quick to get things done. I trust Dr Spier's medical advice which made both of my c sections an easy decision for me. He was very open and respected my opinions. I highly recommend Dr Spier!

Dr.Spier and his staff are amazing!! I just had my second daughter in October and every step from finding out I was pregnant to the delivery was smooth. Dr. Spier took the best care of me and my daughter, I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions no matter how silly I felt they were! Office staff not very friendly. Clinic looks old and ran down, waiting room has no ventilation so it smelled bad. Waited a while before I was seen and when he finally showed up he was rushing through the assessment.
