Dr. Jenkins performed my second cervical spinal surgery circa 2019 and did a wonderful job. Another spine surgeon refused to consider surgery as he was convinced it was an arm issue. After seeing Dr. Kaufman, my neurologist and an arm and hand specialist they were both convinced it was cervical spine related. I got an appointment with Dr. Jenkins and after a complete examination with MRIs etc. he scheduled the surgery. My left arm no longer feels like its being touched with lit cigarettes! He did a great job. He is very friendly, classy and erudite to say the least!

Very disappointed in the service! Ordered a spinal injection for pain. Received a call from him explaining that he saw stenosis at S1 which he could repair through surgery. I called to schedule surgery once the effects of the injection wore off. He would not even take my call but had his office staff relay messages to me. An appointment was scheduled to go over the procedure with his assistant. The information I received at that time was on a completely different area of my spine and that surgery had been scheduled for two weeks later! I tried to contact him to find out what was going on, and apparently, he refused to take my calls! I explained the situation I was in and pleaded with his staff to have him call me to no avail! Five days prior to the scheduled surgery after yet another attempt to reach him, I was told that he had no idea what I was talking about!!!!! I have never been through anything like this! Needless to say I asked his staff member to cancel my surgery! How could I even consider allowing him to operate on me when it wasn't even addressing my problem that he reported I had. UNBELIEVABLE! I am still in shock over the way I was treated and also in a lot of pain!
