Nicolette Deveneau

I was referred by my primary to Dr. Deveneau. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, the scheduler burst out laughing as I spoke of my condition. I told her she was very unprofessional & this was no laughing matter. Using MyChart I wrote the office to file a complaint detailing the immaturity & inappropriate behavior of their personnel. I was contacted by staff saying they did not require schedulers to know or adhere to medical standards of decorum or compassion & was accused myself of being insensitive to this. I arrived for my appointment only to be told the doctor wasn't in, she removed me as a patient citing *I* broke their trust & claimed to have mailed me a letter regarding the matter. After speaking with a director I informed her that I was never mailed a letter, questioned why a customary courtesy voicemail wasn't left, after speaking on MyChart asked why she didn't inform me of being removed & admonished the office for their lack of ethics in attempting to project fault.

Dr Deveneau Was excellent, she took as much time is needed, and she listened to what I was saying. She was kind compassionate and caring would highly recommend!

Dr.D. Is patient, thorough, gives excellent explanations for issues and treatment plan. Never have I ever had an MD call me at home to follow up with me, discuss tests results and explain it all. Her staff is just as patient and thorough. There are RN’s with you in the exam rooms not medical assistants! I’d give her 10 stars if I could.

It was awesome! The office is beautiful & everyone treated me with great respect. Liana is a delight & Dr. Deveneau is not only efficient, but very kind. My experience with her office was great! She is very kind, smart, and concise in her explainations of your health issues. Excellent doctor.

Very supportive and understanding! She knew right away where my pain was coming from.

Great expertise; very attentive & welcoming care

My experience with Dr. Deveneau was excellent, I was skeptical at first but she was able to reassure me that everything was going to be all right, which it was. I wound recommend her service to anyone because her personality is impeccable.
