zero stars honestly. FIRST, she didnt show up to my virtual appointment. second, I had to come into the office two days later as it had to be rescheduled. I get no “im sorry” from her or anything. now, this is a medication dosage check-in. I have not been feeling myself recently. she brushed it off as if all I have to do to be happy is get a job and make myself do something. easy for you to say dr. wood. I again explained to her specific reasons I believe I need my med dosage raised. she cut me off abruptly in the middle of a sentence, told me she would just raise my dosage, and ended the appointment just like that. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I have never felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable in my own skin, my own doctor who is supposed to care and listen to me couldnt be bothered. I absolutely will never see her again and I hope nobody else does either. btw, this was not my first experience with her, I would share more but it’s more personal, hopefully can speak to a supervisor about this zero stars honestly. i would leave zero stars if i could. this was the least compassionate provider i have ever came into contact with. when i told her i did not want to be weighed because of past trauma, she told me “i don’t care what you look like” as she made me get weighed. also dismissed all my concern, most of which ended up being serious issues. the absolute worst doctor experience i have ever had. zero empathy or understanding and rushed me out of her office. should not be a provider or doctor. i would leave zero stars if i could. this was the least compassionate provider i have ever came into contact with. when i told her i did not want to be weighed because of past trauma, she told me “i don’t care what you look like” as she … More

Extremely disappointed and upset with the lack of concern and thorough workup for what turned out to be very serious situation in regard to my friend. Also gave referral to a surgeons office who did not return but one phone call. Consequently my friend ended up in the emergency room for emergency surgery. This experience was very disturbing. The grim reaper has more compassion than Dr Wood. Did not receive a thorough exam. Rating should be a zero.

I have been going to Dr wood for over 10 years. She is always easy to talk to and never seems rushed

Horrible! She is not interested in you as a person. Very cold and disinterested - which is crazy because you are there for a yearly checkup! She has a personality that comes across as stuck up. Don’t waste your time you’ll regret it and be frustrated. Tried to complain to the office manager - don't believe anything will be done about it. Her superiors should listen to the patients!!

Dr Wood has always been kind and thorough. I’ve been a patient for many years and would recommend her to others.

I found Dr. Wood to be very thorough and took her time to explain all my issues and have a plan of action. Great Doctor in my opinion and would recommend her to family and friends.

I would never recommend Dr. Wood. She was rude & is unprofessional. I highly doubt she cares in the least about her patients. I feel she should be reported. I have had mostly good Dr’s & a couple I felt rude but none as bad as her.

Dr. Wood was a professional, minimal wait time, thorough and gave me information for a follow-up appointment that needs to be made. She was pleasant and informative

Doesn’t use a stethescope. Very rude. Limited knowledge. Worried about gun violence. Avoid at all costs.

My visit was the worst, most incomplete yearly physical I’ve ever had. I explained to her I had gone a few years without one & that didn’t seem to make any difference. Dr. Wood seemed to careless about me than any Dr. I have ever seen & I am in my 60’s. I will not be continuing as her patient & I would definitely not recommend her to any relatives or friends.

Poor follow up. Misses important test results and they just get get filed unread. Consistely does nothing at appoi tents bit send patients on their way. After no exam, no appropriate suggestions to manage symptoms, rude

How long should a patient wait for a doctor? 30 minutes dressed only in a gown in a cold room. Very rude,. very inconsiderate of the patients time. Would not recommend this doctor.

Love this physician. She almost always runs on time and appologizes profusely on the rare occasion she is 15-20 minutes behind. Easy manor to talk with and if she does not know the answer, she will find someone or refer me to someone who does. Great physician and highly recommend her!!!!

Dr Wood offers exceptionally poor follow-up and non-existent call-back to patients. My wife experienced a sudden and very painful medical condition. Dr Wood was baffled as to what the issue was, ordered blood tests ... which came back over 48 hours ago. After 3 phone calls into Dr Wood asking for a report and desperately requesting medication to ease pain ... we have not heard a word from Dr. Wood - who is apparently too busy to call us. I would not recommend her to anyone !
