My left foot was hurting for a month, I though I had a splinter in it, I called one Doctors office but they couldn't see me for 6 weeks, I Called Dr Arcands office and they were able to see me in 2 weeks, 5 min wait in the waiting room, I didn't have a splinter in my foot, it was a build up of skin in one small area, she shaved the skin down and that worked, the next day I was walking around with no pain, and the staff was the best staff (Friendly, knowledgeable) I have ever seen in a Drs office, Especially Samm and Jennifer, I would highly recommend this practice.

I traveled >45 minutes for each visit. Mailed copies of reports from prior providers for a thorough evaluation x3. During the FINAL visit Dr. Arcand spent 15 minutes reviewing documents received months before. Disappointed for the lack of prioritization of quality patient care, thus I will never return. I should have consulted with Kelly the PA

I have been in pain for two weeks. Finally got an appointment today. I broke my Tibia. Compound fracture. I have been just put off and zero pain management. My leg bone broke out of my leg. I don’t deserve pain management? So now I am waiting to see the DR. So far I have been sitting here for an hour and 15 minutes. Zero attention. Just sitting here More to come Unreal This place is just a big money grab as far as I can tell I feel like a product and not a patient I saw the doctor. Pretty much no sympathy. A small apology. She barely looked at me and left in on the nurse. This stuff should not happen to people. It’s abusive. A money machine. That’s this place. Zero compassion. I cannot write enough positive comments about Dr. Arcand and the practice as a whole. We were able to get in immediately, were given amazing care. Dr. Arcand is efficient, caring and amazingly competent.

Abrupt, uncaring and uncommunicative. The practice overall has great doctors and APRNs but Dr. Arcan has perhaps the worst bedside manner of any specialist I have seen.

Dr. Arcand did an amazing job correcting damage to my foot & ankle due to previous surgery done 20 years ago. My comfort, balance, & gait have significantly improved. The pain is negligible compared to what it was. When we discovered a minor problem, she attended to it quickly and efficiently. Dr. Arcand is a no nonsense physician who tackled the challenge I gave her with intelligence & creativity. Dr. Arcand has done three surgeries on me. A broken foot and bunion, tib-fib break and removal of hardware. I have absolutely no pain in that leg and foot. I cannot speak more highly of my respect for her as a surgeon.

I had pain in my foot doing simple tasks like pushing the gas pedal of a car. Dr. Arcand diagnosed me with capsulitis and performed surgery to fix it. Two month post surgery and I am pain free. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Arcand rushs patients, doesn't perform appropriate manipulation to determine extent of injuries and is overall a poor caregiver. Less than 5 minutes exam with a still painful month old injury, Xrays and MRI ordered and that was it...

Dr. Arcand is very kind and thorough. I have recommended her to my friends and family and would not go to anyone else for my feet and ankles.

Went to Dr. Arcand at Norwich Orthopedic Group. She gave me the Burg boot that didn't really help. Then, she gave me a brace that doesn't work. Went back last week she gave me an appointment for an MRI. Went back today and she said nothing was wrong. But I got a printed copy of the MRI on my way out of my appointment. she didn't even tell me all the information that was sent. I have Deformities, Horribly aggressive arthritis And other stuff that she didn't even Say I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Arcand has changed my life. I was unable to walk without severe pain for several years until I went to her for treatment. I can now walk virtually pain free and the smile on my face never leaves. Not only did she help me physically but, I feel so much better about myself. Dr. Arcand and her wonderful staff have truly changed my life. The stall that supports her is incredible and they have become part of my extended family.
