I've been seeing Dr. Terse for years and him and his staff are among the kindest, most courteous and professional people I know. Stephanie and Andrea are meticulous in their cleaning and patient education and Dr. Terse is very prompt and thorough. I always feel so welcomed and so taken care of as a patient. Fillings were scheduled quickly and conveniently, and referrals to other providers have always been seamless. Debbie and Janice go above and beyond with scheduling, billing, and sorting out insurance issues. I've moved several times since I started seeing Dr. Terse and although their office is a bit of a drive for me now, I will never switch. I can't recommend this practice highly enough! Good experience overall. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. Appointments always run on time and reminders sent ahead of time for scheduled visits is always helpful.

This is a great family friendly office. The office is laid out so that there is privacy between patient cleaning areas. There are TVs above the dental chairs. Dr. Terse and his staff are great with children. He is also not quick to recommend fillings so I trust his opinion when he says it's time to fill a cavity. Dr.Terse is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate him taking time to thoroughly explain my procedures and answer my questions. His staff is also wonderful and accommodating. Today’s visit was a very good first impression.

I gladly accepted a long term temp position assisting for Dr Terse until Cindi returns. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Terse and his morals, honesty and pride in his work when it comes to his patients. In the temp world, you see the good, the bad and the ugly. Very rare is it that you come across such a genuine Dr/Dentist that cares so much and involved in every aspect of his patient care. Awesome staff! Extremely personal and professional. They give great advice to your mouth care and don’t even judge you. They treat you like family and I have enjoyed visiting this office...who even likes the dentist? I do! Especially when I get to go to Dr. Terse!

In an unpredictable world, you can ALWAYS count on a predictable, and professional experience at Terse Dentistry. The attention to detail is obvious, and clearly intentional. Friendly staff, and a clean environment!

Nick helped me with a broken tooth and was efficient, professional and informative. We discussed dental related concerns-and he had me fixed with follow up and post operative information available. Staff was kind and helpful as well!

My husband and I had our normal check-up on May 23rd, as usual, the staff from check in to the end of the cleaning and check up were all very friendly but professional through the whole experience. My older sister and I were patients of Dr. Caldwell since I was 13 years old and I'm getting Medicare next year so that shows how long we were his patients. A dentist is one of those doctors you really have to have a lot of faith and trust in and that doesn't happen overnight. But my husband and I decided to try Dr. Terse because we knew Dr. Caldwell would not let someone who wasn't qualified take over his practice and patients. We are so glad we trusted our instincts and stayed as Dr Terse is a dentist we trust, admire and respect. We were both there today to get fillings. We left with smiles on our faces as if we'd just come from dinner and a movie. The office staff, the technicians and of course Dr. Terse make going to the dentist comfortable. My sister still goes there as well as my son, daughter-in-law and our granddaughters. Thanks Dr. Terse and all your wonderful staff. I have been going to Dr. Terse since he first started his practice and have always had excellent service. The hygienists all are friendly (but don't ask too many questions while you are stuck with your mouth open) and Dr. Terse is friendly and professional.

Had a cleaning today at Dr. Terse and my hygienist was Stephanie. She was wonderful and did a great job. Dr. Terse has a great staff and they are all very friendly. I've had a couple crowns done by Dr. Terse and he is a great dentist.
