Doc and his staff are the best in this area. I've used other Podiatry folks and did not get the best care. Dr R knows how to fix your problems and his staff are caring!

Called to make an appointment and verified they take Tricare insurance. It took 3 days to get an appointment. When I arrived, the office staff informed me that they do not take my form of Tricare (Tricare Humana). This is the insurance provided by the government to military veteran retirees. Shame on this practice. I left without being seen and must start over to find a podiatrist, meanwhile living in pain and almost unable to walk.

After making a followup appointment for a biopsy and offering to go in beforehand in case Dr. Rutledge wanted to see me due to the time lapsed before the initial appointment, the office staff informed me that it was not necessary. Requests to have Dr. Rutledge questioned as to whether he wanted to see me beforehand were met with "We're too busy to do that". As suspected, I showed up for the appointment and was informed that not enough time was scheduled and the biopsy couldn't be done.
