Was told on numerous visits prior to surgery that “we would go at your pace.” “You have no need to be anxious.” It Was also PROMIED exactly 4 times that the procedure would start at the designated appointment time of 12pm. (Showed up to said appointment at 11:35 am.) Only to be pulled back into the operating room at 1:05. Dr. Massoth then came into the room and got upset at the nurse (who apparently was supposed to be on nitrous patrol) at this time I was having an anxiety attack and requested 5 minutes to catch my breath as well as calm down. Only to be told “well we don’t have time for that now, if we take 5 minutes then I can’t do the nitrous for you.” Keep in mind I paid for the nitrous as well as the entire surgery bill in full 2 months prior. Rescheduled for 3 weeks later. The following Monday I received a call from Dr. Massoth essentially asking me to cancel with him and go to someone else. Overall terrible experience. Only good thing he did was give me a refund.

I wish there were more than 5 ?? Dr Massoth is amazing. I am terrified of going to the dentist. I needed my first wisdom tooth extracted, I kept putting it away, with pain, taking 3 rounds of antibiotics, I found Dr. Massoth and they helped me from the beginning, he made me feel comfortable and promised that it was not going to hurt.. I was completely sedated (that’s the only way I would have it done). After the extraction, I had no pain or swelling what so ever! He prescribed pain pills, I discarded them I didn’t take even one because I didn’t need them. It healed in a couple of days. I am amazed of his professionalism, kindness, “down to earth” personality. I recommend him 100% His staff are wonderful starting by the receptionist. I’m so glad I found this Dr.

Dr Massoth is a caring and professional oral surgeon. He removed two teeth in 2019 and another two teeth 9/24/2020. I have no pain and the care his staff gives is awesome. I really am not afraid to be in his chair because i know there will be no problems. In 2019 I was given a bowl of his mom's delicious Crab Bisque I begged to have some this time but my appointment was off for lunch so I missed out.. Let me just say if you need oral surgery Dr Massoth is the go too guy. Thank you Dr Massoth and staff you guys are awesome. Diana Crowley

Exceptional, super nice people. I had multiple teeth removed at the same time. Care instructions for after were clearly explained and written instructions were also included. Everything healed perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. Massoth and his team if you need any dental surgery.

I have had several tooth extractions and a dental implant done by Dr. Massoth. very caring and his staff is fantastic. I totaly trust his work. he is fast and very skilled. he has also removed one of my husbands teeth. I would give them a five!!

Dr Massoth was very kind, thorough, and professional. He took the time to consider my concerns and take account of my health issues that weren't dental related. His staff is very approachable. The procedure was quick and I'm healing nicely. He is worth the 30 minute drive from Emmett to see. Highly recommended!

I would like to say that Dr. Massoth and the rest of his staff are the most professional, caring people that I have every dealt with. They listened to me and my concerns, made me feel at ease and made sure I understood what they had done and why. I would recommend them to anyone.

The most caring Professional Dr. that I've had over the last 40 years and believe me with numerous surgeries I had many specialist. He explains everything very clearly and takes all the time you need with him. We are on a limited income and he has been so wonderful to work with me on normal fees. I just love is office staff as well. I would recommend him to any and everyone of my family & friends..

His staff is fabulos. They are kind and caring. He is a exceptionally skilled surgeon and a genuinely nice man.

ALL THIS DOCTOR HAD IN MIND WAS SLIDE THEM IN, AND KICK THEM OUT. BELIEVE YOUR INSTICTS, IF YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL MORE THEN 15 MINUTES FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE. HAD A DRY SOCKET, IF YOU HAVE ONE THEN YOU KNOW. WAS SHOVED ALL THE WAY TO THE LAST APPOINTMENT, SO MUCH FOR CARING FOR THE PATIENT. THERE LOCATION FOR NAMPA RESIDENTS IS EXTREMLY BAD. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE SO YOUR $ CAN WORK FOR YOU.

I went to Dr Massoth to get an implant. The procedure failed.He promised to refund my $2,000 but never kept that promise. I am not only disappointed in the doctor's skill, as he was unable to successfully provide me with an implant, but he failed to keep his word. I received nothing but pain for my $2,000.
