I like Dr. Hollenkamp but my time is just as valuable as his. My granddaughter, who in on Medicaid... had an appointment at 2:45pm we arrived to check in at 2:25pm. Was finally called back at 3:30pm by 4pm we still had not seen the doctor. I spoke to one of his nurses on the way OUT, and told her we had to leave... her response was "well you are next". My advise is if you are on Medicaid don't go here, you'll be treated like a second class citizen, No I am not on Medicaid just my granddaughter

I have a resistant ear infection. First appointment at Dr. Nicholas Hollenkamp's practice was Wednesday. A hearing test was administered. Very pleasant woman. Back to the waiting room with other patients waiting. When I was called, the doctor's assistant made an assessment of my problem. Dr. Hollenkamp came in soon after. He took time to ask questions and listened attentively to my answers. He came up with a plan to clear up the infection and help my hearing. I'm feeling confident.

This place is a complete joke. Don't even waist you time. I have 2 kids that I have taken there. I have never had an appointment where I did not have to wait nearly 2 hours or more. My daughter's was 1hr 50 min for him to look in her ear. Took less than 3 minutes. The Staff are rude and unhelpful and the general attitude there is we the customers are expected to sit and wait on their turms. Much better doctors out there.
