Everything at the Orthopedic Clinic from Dr.. Goucher, to his staff were amazing! I appreciate the time spent and explanation of my treatment. Everyone was so personable and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone!(

Everyone was very kind and helpful! Great experience!

Always greeted by pleasant employees. Dr. Goucher and the nurses are great! Easy to talk to and listen to my questions and concerns.

I highly recommend Dr. Goucher. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions with the details I hoped for, both before and after surgery. He was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. My ankle feels really stable. I feel like he took great care to be sure to do an exceptional job which I am very grateful for. I heard he was a great surgeon, so I went to him. I wasn't disappointed in the least. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my ankle for me!

Fabulous service for all the office staff and Dr!

Thank you to all the personnel that took care of me, I actually felt like a person and not just a patient.

Appointment was on time, he was thorough and explained my situation and gave me info to decide what to do.

Dr Goucher is great. He listens and is very supportive. His whole team were every professional and friendly. Great experience

I have had two foot surgeries with Dr Goucher and have been very impressed not only with him but also with the efficiency of the clinic. From the pre-surgery registration to the prep, the surgery, the recovery, and post-op care, everything was meticulously done and I felt very well cared for.

Great but now he doesn’t take my insurance

Very caring and professional. Had surgery on my foot and ge explained everything to me. His staff was wonderful.

We saw Dr Goucher in the spring of 2021 to look into why my daughter was having pain in her ankle. He took a MRI and said that he would do a scope to look into it. He said that he did a clean up of the area and that was all he did and could see. Well fast forward to September when she is still in tons of pain he sends us to do a MRI again and sent us to a out of network location and said we were approved by insurance (which we were not, but I should of checked) and said he couldn’t see anything wrong and to just take pain meds!! What the heck! So we got another opinion to which we found out that she had torn ligaments and he could see it as clear as day! So she has now had surgery again but is doing much better no thanks to Dr Goucher! So thanks to him I have to pay for a MRI out of pocket his surgical fees and another surgeons surgical fees to fix it. Please consider this when having him as your doctor. I have had foot issues for several years. I have seen many doctors with just as many diagnosis. I am so grateful for coming across Dr. Goucher he understands my tenon issue and has the ability to fix it. He is the first doctor that seem to care about me and my concerns. My only regret is that I didn't go to him first. I would definitely recommend Dr Goucher to everyone. He also has an outstanding staff. Excellent care from Dr Groucher and his staff... very professional but kind and caring, taking time to make sure all my questions were answered.

Worst experience ever!! Had 2 surgery's by Dr Goucher. 1st one was so so, second one left me with permanent damage to my foot. So much nerve damage and the foot placed in the wrong position that I now have to get injection every 3 months to walk and recently had to have a spine stimulator placed to control the pain. Dr. Goucher did some foot surgery for me. I was very impressed. his bedside manner is great and he took the time to explain things and to answer any questions that I had. I would return to doctor Goucher in a minute if needed.

I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Goucher so far. I feel like he is an amazing surgeon! Everytime I go into Dr. Goucher he immediately starts coming up with a plan to figure out how to fix my problems. I truly feel like he would never give up on a patient til he figured out a solution. His entire staff is amazing!! His receptionist Shannon has the best attitude. She is super helpful and friendly!! This last surgery I absolutely loved every person working with Dr. Goucher. He surrounds himself with top notch people. Highly recommend this doctor! I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Goucher so far. He is a great doctor with great bedside manner.

I was referred to Dr. Goucher by Dr. Grunander, one of his colleagues. It has taken an act of God to get an appointment with Dr. Goucher. I have given up trying. I have NEVER had this much trouble getting an appointment with a provider. You would think they would try to make it easy for you to be seen. I will find someone else that actually wants to see patients. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the care he gives.

He is very rude and disrespectful!!!! Children should not be talked to in such a manner that puts them into tears!!!! He continued to talk about my son to his staff with the door open which made my son cry more. We walked out and I refuse to bring him back or anyone else in my family to him!!!

Very responsive to my needs. My surgery was a very complicated surgery and the results were great. Bedside manor was great and his staff was very efficient.

I had broken my ankle, the Dr that originally had messed it up and wanted to fuse my ankle. I went to See Dr Goucher for a 2nd opinion and wish I would have seen him first, Dr Goucher straightened everything out and I did not have to have my ankle fused, I am back to normal. He did a very good job.1.

Dr. Goucher has my confidence. He took measures to ensure surgery was not needed. The alternative prescribed has been most helpful. I will continue to go to Dr. Goucher yearly as I am a diabetic. I have and will continue to recommend him to others in need of an orthopedist.
