I had to have a tooth exposure and like my son drank a one sip of water the doctor said he can't do the surgery because of the sip like my son had 2 about 3 hours surgery and they let him drink about 2 cups of water.This man did not let him 1 sip ok well thats not a doctor there.Worst doctor,worst personality.

I scheduled an appointment for my husband Ryan with Dr. Bornias only to have Danielle at the front desk call a month later to leave a message not asking but telling me that his appointment was moved from 3:15 to 12:00. Maybe his front desk doesn’t understand that people make these appointments in advance and rearrange their work schedules to make it to these appointments. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the woman I spoke with on the phone (maybe Christine?) told me that I work for a dentist so I know how it is. No actually I don’t. I would NEVER just move a patients appointment to a new time and expect it to work. Very unprofessional. Instead, I was offered an appointment a month and a half away. And by the way, whoever I spoke with on the phone at the front desk, I do understand that dentist and doctors need to move things around sometimes. I’m a hygienist and I’ve made appointments for patients myself. But I’ve never just moved someone’s appointment without talking with them and expected them to be there at the new time. You really should work on changing your attitude. My husband didn’t get to see Dr. Bornias. I’m sure he’s a great oral surgeon but we didn’t make it past the front desk. ????????‍♀️ Update: My husband saw Dr. Hildebrand and his staff was VERY friendly and professional. They were able to get my husband in right away and he said he didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend Dr. Hildebrand’s office. Friendly staff. Had wisdom tooth extraction and they did a very good job

They didn't ask enough information up front about my parent's dementia, so I believed her trusted long term health aide could take her. I made it clear on the phone she couldn't sign for herself, and I would be sending copies of the POAs with the health aide, and they said that was fine. It took a good part of the day before to pep-talk my mother into going in the first place. Now she is scared to go back. If I was told I needed to be there, I would have ABSOLUTELY been there. It's not the refusal of service that gets me so much, it's that they never called me themselves. I heard this all through the health aide, and then from calling them myself. I have gotten a reference to a different oral surgeon, and I will take my Mother myself. Which I would have done in the first place. (NOT, that I don't trust our health aide, who is amazing, and very competent. She's taking Mom out for a favorite treat to help her forget.) Their poor communication skills have made a difficult situation worse. I'm hoping we can wait a couple of months before we try this again, but if not, I'll think of a way to make this more pleasant. If you take anyone with a memory disorder to this place, take them yourself, and make sure they understand the extent. They won't ask enough questions. I went here to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I was terrified but the staff and doctors were so comforting. They did a great job of distracting me once the procedure started and it was over before I knew it.
