Nicholas Richard Binder

I finally got around to doing this at 73 and am glad I did. The world seems like a much brighter place. Dr. Binder is an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. My vision turned out to be far better than I had hoped for and was just the basic standard lens covered by Medicare. I can now see almost as well without glasses as I can with them. The only reason my vision isn't perfect is due to my astigmatism. The procedures on both eyes were done separately and went down without a hitch. Can't wait for the next one in say 15-20 years.

The personnel were very nice, the doctor was attentive, and the nurses do their best to help you! A wonderful visit overall.

All the reception staff treated me very poorly! Rude, rude, rude!! One staff member “policed” me by almost forcing me to put a mask on!!! I explained that I have a religious & health exemption & she did not care! That is unacceptable!!! Masks in these medical offices is a mandate which is NOT A LAW!!! I doubt that I will return due to the staff’s horrible behavior. You should be ashamed of your front of the office staff!!! Unacceptable to say the least!!

I was visited today after 6 months. He checked my eye pressure and put two plugs in them.

Clinic was very organized and take action very fast and thank you for the tem and for doctor Binder . But please my pharmacy In the record is the cvs close to my home and they have very good communication and fast response with patients to receive their prescription..why they send my prescription to onthe pharmacy not the cvs very far to my home and after two day the pharmacy called me and told me your prescription is ready and we have delivery after three days you will receive your medication is that sence waiting 7 days to receive the medication ? Please don't change my pharmacy in future.....thank you

Mr. Binder was excellent very well professional and he was easy to understand and clear what he wanted to say. I hope he has more patients to work with he seems very humble. I would recommend him for any patient who is willing to see him he is very good. I think the place was clean and small kind of far to reach him but I know it was worth it. I hope he continues to see patients in the future and hopefully can continue being an eye doctor for many years to come. I also want to say I really enjoy the staff they were nice and professional the only thing I did not like was the chit chat between employees I really did not need to hear it but that is it. Great service overall I would come again. I hope to come many times again to enjoy his service and use his doctors care and hopefully he can continue providing services a eye doctor. I want to know if there will be other locations with dr. binder in other locations. i really enjoy his feedback and other help from his staff. I hope for good.

I saw Dr. Binder today. He is a patient man. His calm mannerism makes you feel comfortable. He explains all issues and concerns. I never leave his office confused or worried. Very comfortable and a great examination

The clinic I visited for the first time looked clean, and the receptionist workers and people who helped with treatment were friendly. And Dr. Binder gave me comfort because of my lack of English. It was very different from how many medical doctors treat their patients, but I thought that he was a trustworthy doctor. Very satisfied with my first visit.

So long due to dry eyes Dr Binder did a collagen temporary plugs . And i feel the difference woke up next morning open my eyes easily & smooth??. Thank you so much!

Always pleasant people.

I was there for a follow-up visit after cataract surgery . My vision & eyes ?? were checked, etc. All Covid precautions were in place. All my questions were answered & explained. I did not feel rushed out like I have in other medical offices. The only thing is I wish I had been warned that my eyes ?? would be dilated

Excellent Doctor , and very good staff

Hi, My visit to your Clinic was excellent. I was more than happy to meet Dr. Binder, as he’s an excellent profissional eye specialist and frankly speaking I’m considering him as sincere friend and brother in addition to his expertise.

I had a cataract removed by Dr. Binder. His preparation staff was like the 3 Stooges but when I finally got on the table, it seemed to go ok. But when I got home, putting the drops in caused extreme pain. It got better for awhile but now my eye aches constantly. It is unbearable. I have tried to make emergency appointments and every time, when I arrive, they tell me my appt has been cancelled. NO PHONE CALL, NO WARNING!!!! The receptionist was very rude to me and now says I have to wait till next month to see the Dr. This is an EMERGENCY!! When I ask for at least another prescription of drops, I am totally ignored! I need help right away and no one is listening!!!! HELP!!!! Don't go to this doctor if you value your eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
