Love going here the staff are so welcoming. I just brought my newborn for the first time and they were extremely helpful and answer all my question. The Lady behind the desk is so nice and helpful. If you need a pediatrician this is the place to go.

The best Pediatrician in NY! He is extremely warm, caring, knowledgeable and makes the kids feel welcomed and relaxed. He does amazing blood work and vaccinations with such ease. Takes his time with the kids, never rushes you out. Makes sure he addresses all questions and does extremely thorough exams. I highly recommend and trust him. His staff are awesome as well. Dr Arana is a good pediatrician, he really takes his time with his patients and works very well with the children . The office is pretty spacious and the medical assistants are really nice , the only problem is when you ask them to fax over important medical history to children’s schools, daycares orofax over some paperwork for the enrollment of my daughters child care center , he acted like I was asking him to move mountains, he asked me to call back .. this was my second time calling in one week , his medical assistant assured me she was doing it a few days prior .. but of course no one got anything .. still to this day , is it so freaking hard to fax over ONE , ONE paper... but you guys want my insurance in place before you even touch my child ..
