Dr. Ngozi U Wexler

I was a patient of Dr. Wexler a long time ago, maybe 2019 or so. However, she is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. she's very professional, compassionate, thorough, made me feel like family and the list goes on. I was so disappointed when I couldn't keep her as my gyn due to the change of my insurance. I'm back with Medstar and on the hunt for Dr, Wexler ready to be her patient again. Dr. Wexler is amazing. She guided me through what ended up being a complicated pregnancy towards the end, and even performed my c-section. She is attentive, positive, and knowledgeable. I definitely want her as my OB again if we have a second child!

Hands down the best doctor I have ever met! As a black women I feel many doctors brush off my concerns about my body but not Dr. Wexler she listened to every concern and came up with a solution! I am truly thankful for her. Update: I had my surgery on Thursday and Dr. Wexler was absolutely wonderful the entire team from checking me in and checking me out the next day everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Dr. Wexler is an amazing OB/GYN and has excellent bedside manner! She is very thoughtful and thorough and made me feel very comfortable with her and her team. She is very attentive and let's you know that you can feel free to call if you have any questions. I highly recommend her!

My name is Diana Ferrara, I just moved here from FL so I'm not familiar with this area or roads or anything. But I had an appt. On 06/17/20 @ 1:45 with P.A. name Gisele which i was fine with . I called them and let them know that i was running late since i got little lost , the front desk told me it was ok so i get there 30min after my appt due to the fact that i have no idea where i was going and the GPS took me in a wrong direction so i get there and the 2 front desk girls are very rude and have an attitude when I tried to explain what happened. They took my insurance card and gave me papers to fill out so I did than I sat there for 2 hrs until one of them tells me that because of my tardiness there is noone to see me , and listen I'm pregnant, emotional wreck so I begged and begged for them to please let me see anyone and they tell me that theres noone there to see me even though I asked them well are the 2 P.A.'s there which they ignored my question so i said i will stay here until u guys are about to close just please let me see anyone and they just keep reapitting that theres noone available so I set there for 2 hrs waiting and hoping , while they were sitting there laughing and being mean . Now I am not leaving a bad review for the doctor or the P.A.'s but they need to do something with those rude , mean , unprofessional front desk girls cuz they have no sympathy or heart to treat someone like that. Dr. Wexler and her entire staff treated me well, listened to my concerns, and conferred with me to come up with viable solutions for my care. I would recommend them for everyone

Down to earth Dr who explains everything in details about your condition. Very friendly , intelligent and treats u as a human and individual. She is one doctor that I will highly recommend anyone to who needs a gynecologist. Thanks for taking good care of Dr Wexler and team.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Ngozi Wexler for the first time, unfortunately, to perform emergency surgery on me at Medstar Montgomery. She was very kind and caring as well as detailed about my medical condition, what I was to expect and the circumstances in which she determined that surgery was necessary. She made me feel as I had known her for years and I wasn’t just some random ER patient (which I was). Her post op phone calls were just as informative and heartfelt. My post op visit was more of the same...excellent bedside manner with detailed conversations about my concerns, warning signs to watch out for and she remembered every detail about our initial encounter down to how helpful my mother-in-law was the night of the surgery. If I didn’t already have an amazing gyn, I would definitely switch to her. Her nurse, Katie was also professional, sweet and took her time when meeting with me about post op care and instructions. She was the BEST doctor that I used to deliver my babies. I have 5 children and she delivered my second to last and was my doctor for my last until she relocated. I just loved her.

Best doctor literally ever!!!! I had the pleasure of having dr wexler for my second born and she gave me a total different experience from my prior obgyn and I had a phenomenal pregnancy to birth experience!!! She gives every patient the time and she genuinely is a kind and sweet person. I live a bit of ways from most of her practices but I will always make that drive no matter where she is!!! Dr Wexler is beautiful, kind and hardworking. She’s easy to talk to and would do anything to help out. I had my second baby through her and I’m glad she was my doctor, she makes everything easy and smooth.

You will not find a better OB/GYN than Dr. Wexler. She saved my life during my first childbirth (even though she wasn’t the delivering physician!) I traveled 75 miles each way to have her deliver my second child. Excellent bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and personable. She’s a blessing to have found!

My very very fav doctor / Surgeon ever ! Professional / efficient / trustworthy / confident / caring and sooooo good at what she does ! A true expert! My hysterectomy process was excellent from Start to finish ..she educated me kept me informed an amazing bedside manner from start to finish . I feel stronger with each day and my results are so positive ! I highly recommend Dr Wexler .. I’ll be a lifetime patient and her biggest fan!
