I love Dr Ngoc Tran!!! She's amazing! Travel about an hour and a half to see her, but, would be willing to travel longer. She is that good!

I had a Wonderful experience. I was very skeptical at 1st because of all the bad reviews however they were in my insurance network so I decided to go ahead and give them a try. On my 1st visit I went for a consult for a bridge to be done and Dr. Tran was very rushing. That was very annoying but she was like that with other clients as well, so I figured thats just who she is. My second visit , I told her what I wanted and expected and she was fine. My third visit I got my perfect smile back after having a missing front side tooth for over 8 yrs. LOVE IT! Dr.Tran even informed me that I had not had my cleaning and did it right then and was about to fill a cavit but i had no time. From the front desk to the back rooms all staff was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. I do recommend. They have fixed whatever problems they were having. Dr. Tran is highly knowledgeable & her work is very precise. She identified my issue and wasted no time correcting "my now former" dentist's work. They have flexible hours and making an appointment is quite easy. They are very business-like and there is no "shucking/jiving" in this office. Would not recommend.

I went here for a few years and I was never a huge fan but when I needed some last minute work done I was able to get in so I continued to go. After hearing one of my coworkers rave about her dentist, I switched. Come to find out that the cleanings that I received were not good and now I have to have scaling done. After talking to a hygienist, there is no way that this should happen if I am get regular cleanings (which I was). I am so disappointed, I should have listen to the reviews and my gut feeling.

TERRIBLE! The dentist will not listen to you and just does what she wants to do. I had to go to the dentist twice in one day and the crown work I had done did not stay in. The staff is friendly, however, I would definitely never refer or go back for any services.

Dr. Tran does very good dental work. I go to her when I need to get precision dental work on my front teeth to keep my smile looking good. She works gently when compared to other dentist that I have dealt with in the past.

No customer service!!! Not friendly & doesn't listen!!! Also she's very rude & not good with kids. They don't not follow up with appointments & follow up on anything. You have to contact them!!!????????????

My son was seeing her and at first things were okay however I decided to get a second opinion on a tooth my son injured. The tooth was highly infected in which she said nothing about. He should have had a crown on one tooth but she continued to fill it each time he would go in and the filling would come out. I was trying to take my son to the same people as me but unfortunately it didn't work out.

Will call u 2 get started. Once started no calls or updates unless u call them. Staff very unprofessional. Will never refer to anyone. Dr.Tran is professional but lacks people skills.
