Dr Nguyen wrote appointment date and time on a piece of paper with a list of things to do before and after procedure. I called to go over this list. The doctor had the incorrect procedure along with many other mistakes with directions for medications and time of appointment; in which I found later; didn't get confirmation call. The day of the appointment we over 1 hour and were brushed off in the waiting room when questioned. The front off staff doesn't care about elderly and gave many excuses when pressed. I walked out of the appointment. I didn't receive any apologies for inconvenience caused. My father's symptoms never received treatment. Just got a call from this office telling me that because of my health insurance deductible not being met I would have to pay $150 up front for an initial consultation. I have a $60 co-pay with Anthem/Blue Cross!! Appointment cancelled and a different ENT specialist is accepting the co-pay. I'd just be careful before you pay this office up front. I'm not saying they are wrong, but I've never had to pay up front for a Dr. appointment when I have in-network insurance and a co-pay. Wasn’t seen until 1.5 hours past the appointment time. The doctor sped through the appointment because he had overbooked himself at the hour. The diagnosis was unhelpful because he didn’t bother inquiring about the relevant symptoms. He waved us off and was like - come back if it hurts again. Unimpressed. Not recommended.

It was well worth the commute to Huntington Beach . The doctor doesn’t waste time with his plan of action until your better. My condition resulted in some people misunderstanding me at work , and they provided me with the doctors note I needed . Thank you ! He has treated me for three different sinus/ear problems. In all cases, he told me what and why he was doing a procedure, medicating, etc. In all instances he was most informative, polite and very knowledgeable. All of the procedures and medications cured my problem each time. I have two friends looking for an ENT doctor and I have recommended him to both of them.

Dr Nguyen is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. His staff is also very friendly ! I am in and out of the office pretty quickly and always get thorough treatment. He is very knowledgeable and always gets me fixed right up. Highly recommended if you need an ENT !
