Dr. Neysa L Bartlett

Horrible experience. Poor bedside manner. Zero eye contact. Did not introduce herself. Her exact words to me were “I have no idea what to do with you” and “I let my nurses tell me what to do”. She completely ignored my husband. And had several statements trash talking her partner. Very unprofessional.

She is a joke! Wife was going there through her pregnancy and half way through we were told they were closing down. We had paid upfront for her to deliver our child before she had closed her practice. We were told that we would get all the money back. 4 months later and no check and Oaklawn Hospital says they are not liable to pay it back and to get ahold of her but she’s nowhere to be found. Wonderful doctor. She delivered my baby with no issues at all. Very calm and knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to her office.

Dr. Bartlett is an amazing doctor. She listens and eases any fears you might have by explaining things in details. She is patient and understanding. Staff are always welcoming.

I have been going to Dr.Bartlett for over 16 years , she has delivered two out of my three boys. I've always felt welcome when at her office . I know she has me in her best interest with my health, with the decision I made with her a week ago . I would recommend her and Mansion Streets Woman's Health to anyone looking for a great doctor . She is a very knowledgeable doctor. She is extremely easy to talk to. She saved my daughter and I. You will not find a better OBGYN! Her surgical skills are amazing I have the tiniest scar from my C/S. Marshall is lucky to have such a skilled provider!

THE WORST DR, CARE AND STAFF. They do not call you back. They treat you like you are stupid. The absolute worst experience having my first baby ever. Called because I was having severe pain and swelling 1 week after delivery and they told me they could not see me they were to busy. They said it was normal!!! It's not normal!!!! I wouldn't recommend Dr. Bartlett to anyone. Her and her nurse Leann have no sense of urgency, do not return phone calls and when they do talk to you about your concerns they blow them off. Not sympathetic to patients and cold. They do not make you feel like you are valued. Very disappointed.
