Excellent physician and surgeon!

I could not recommend Dr. Duncan and his staff more. He truly loves children and was amazing fixing our little one’s tongue tie. Our baby is eating and sleeping so much better now. Seriously, go to him! You will be floored by the genuine kindness from him and his patience with babies. His staff went about and beyond too to ensure our boy’s comfort. My son had a swimmers ear infection last summer, his pediatrician asked to take him to an ENT, I called to get an appointment with Dr. Duncan but he wasn’t available and I got an appointment withthe nurse practitioner instead. Nadia Hamdani told me my son was fine and was just recovering from a mild outer ear infection and to stay on the antibiotic ear drops for 3 to 4 more days and then come back for a follow up in 6 months. 6 months later they cancelled my appointment and I had to look for a new doctor. I am now sitting on a waiting room and my son is having surgery to not only reconstruct an eardrum completely but get rid of a cholesteatoma during a 4+ hour surgery. All thanks to Hamdani’s negligence. My son never had pain, discharge or fever, he should have been treated promptly and the surgery would have been less complicated. When a parent takes a kid to the doctor, we have to trust that person and Hamdani is just an awful human being that should get the practice revoked. One of the few doctors my daughter doesn’t cry with! ????

He is an EXCELLENT ENT doctor! He found a growth in my daughters throat that my daughter's previous doc from TCH missed!

We are new patients and we took our 4 yr old son to see Dr. Newton for an accident with the q-tip hitting deep into his ears. Dr. Newton saw him for 5 minutes and said he was fine and it will heal on its own. Just to sure, he suggest having him do a hearing test. To my disbelief, I got a bill for $1000! $700 for seeing him for 5 mins and $300 for the hearing test! This is the insurance negotiated rate! He may be very good, I don't know, but $700 just to see him for 5 minutes is too much!

By the age of 3 our son had already had 2 sets of tubes, his adenoids removed twice and his tonsils taken out (this was from 2 other ENT's) and his issue was still not fixed. We discovered Dr. Duncan and only wish that we would have found him from the start!!!! Our son is almost 8 and had the same tubes from Dr. Duncan for 3 1/2 years and just recently had them removed!! He never had any issues or complications with the set from Dr. Duncan. We live in Cypress and didn't even mind driving to his Sugarland office because he is so kind and you can tell he generally cares and he has GREAT bedside manner (which is hard to come by these days). His staff is great too! I would recommend him to any and everyone! Dr. Duncan has an amazing bedside manner and showed tremendous care and compassion for my children! We have entrusted all 3 of our children to him at different points and highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT.

Dr. Duncan's go to is always surgery. When my 3 y/o sons ears were stopped up, he swore tubes were the only answer. (Our pediatrician thought there might have been an allergy.) Dr. Duncan laughed at me when I brought it up. We found out later that my son was very allergic to dairy (in addition to plugged up ears and slight hearing loss, he had eczema and was always constipated.) I took him off dairy and all his issues went away. (And after 4 years off dairy, he seems to be able to tolerate it.)
