Very dismissive.

All I can say is Dr. Pinaroc tried to save my father's life by making an impassioned plea over the phone to no avail. My father would have none of it so he's a walking dead man now when it was preventable by listening to the good doctor. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Pinaroc for his attempt in line with the highest ideals of the medical profession.

After 4-5 years, I will not go back. He doesn't follow through and not thorough, is dismissive, minimal explanation and misses the diagnosis.

Wish I had him as a doctor years ago! Best doc I've seen yet

Love the Dr, he listens, acts, responds to all my concerns and wish’s, best Dr I’ve ever had.

I was looking for a new PCP and I was not disappointed with Dr. Pinaroc. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and symptoms. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another patient. The added benefit is he is very knowledgeable about a lot of different fields and medications. I always feel confident with prescriptions since I know he has done his research. His staff is always friendly and nice also. I’ve never had an issue with wait time or getting an appointment. I was looking for a new PCP and I was not disappointed with Dr. Pinaroc. Great... he listened to everything I had to say

I went to this doctor for simple vertigo. I have a traumatic brain injury but I’m not stupid. The doctor was belligerent with me and questioned me to see if I even knew what the word vertigo meant. I know exactly what vertigo means. He belittled me on purpose while with a smirk on his face. Apparently, this so called doctor didn’t know what vertigo was, so he had me explain to him what it was. Then he further tried to belittle me and asked me what all my diagnosis codes were bc he was too lazy to copy my medical records & he refused to take them for reasons unknown?. When asked what my diagnosis codes were I told him to look it up on his computer, since I don’t have the codes memorized and I have a traumatic brain injury. “This so called doctor didn’t listen to me and was not familiar with my medical case , and essentially wanted me to do his job bc he didn’t know how. When I left his office I received no help and no plan and was basically just made fun of and left on my own.” There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior from a so called professional . Shocked to see the negative reviews. I've been seeing Dr. Pinaroc for five years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've even moved my children to his care.

Dr Pinaroc is the Best. he always takes the time to listen. he is actually Dr. PinaROCK!

This physician nearly killed my mother in law. He failed to provide safe patient care, refused to refer her to a specialist in a timely manner when he was unable to stabilize her condition, and refused to order appropriate medical treatment and testing. He put her on an unsafe amount of oral steroids for over 6 months, which caused her to develop an immunodeficiency condition. She will now have to be on a lifetime IG therapy. He failed to diagnose her back fracture when she complained of sudden, intense pain after a fall, and continued to complain of the pain for months. When we finally switched providers, she had to have back surgery to correct the fracture. Her specialists are SHOCKED at the lack of care she received. Do not trust this physician--he is a danger to the public. This physician nearly killed my mother in law. He has the most amazing staff and I really like all the help he has got me having the health issues I have. Thank you to all the staff and you treat my girls amazing ???? lucky to have you as our doctor

This doctor would not listen to me ....I had an untreated fractured leg for Two months!!! Torn ligaments and tendons ....I suffered terribly ....he is the worst.....Mercy did nothing to help me. I’ve had several surgeries due to his neglect.....Never would I use Mercy or this poor excuse for a doctor.

You and your Yukon Mercy SUCK. You only see your patient once a year, do not care and keep with his health. Your delay to response to refill prescription is the worst . You left me for 4 days without important medicine and never notified me that wanted to see me before authorize more refills when I was calling you every day and asking about my medicine refill statues. I ended up finding out about you wanted to see me from the facility manager when I came in to complain. Shame on you and Mercy in Yukon. People on TOP of Mercy will hear about you. By the way, you do have reputation about treating female patients badly and disrespectful. I never experienced such a bad treatment from a Doctor and health care facility. Very kind and interesting doctor. Listens intently to all concerns and takes the time to address them all without rushing patient. Thank you

I have had him for 2 years .. and he can not remember that I had a very bad reaction to a drug he brings up taking that drug often I am changing docs

Until today, the last year he was a decent doctor but today I saw a totally new side of of him I should've never had to. He was very unprofessional, disrespective, and acted ignorant to any diagnosis he had given and went as far as to mock and criticize a fellow colleague who is more educated then he is by far and is licensed as a specialist. The only reason I would think he'd act in such an immature and evil way was to possibly impress the new intern shadowing him. I lost all respect for Mercy

As an older person, I have lived in this body for years. I have had some very serious conditions. When I tell Dr. Pinaroc that my pain feels similar to past pain, he dismisses that. He feels that my medical history does not matter. The only thing that matters is the here and now. He does not want a patient's input and very often ridicules and dismisses any ideas. Almost every illness requires a specialist appointment, but at least the specialists seem to sincerely care about me, unlike him.
