Nermein Mohamed Lotfy

Went to Dr. Lotfy for almost 4 years. My children were chronically ill for months and she never once suggested an allergist, pulmonologist or immunologist. She missed major health conditions with my young children. Thank God I switched pediatricians who were concerned right away. She never sees her patients. Her NP does everything. Staff is great but Dr. Lotfy is dismissive and rarely checks in on her patients. Do not recommend.

Dr. Lotfy is kind, but she doesn’t seem to have a genuine concern for her patients at all. She seems to know her stuff, but because she is so brief & barely pays attention, its easy for her to misdiagnose or wave off warning symptoms within a child. Her office staff is mostly kind, though they don’t call to confirm appointments. The office is very clean, presentable, & kid-friendly. Everything that meets the eye about Lotfys office is great, its the doctor herself that weighs the business down

We have had Dr. Lotfy as our Pediatrician for the past 7 years, And we have never had any complaints with her. If we bring one of our children in because of an injury, she will work them in as quickly as she can. And Dr. Lotfy has always been very honest with us about what is going on with our children.
