I don’t know how much I can go into details by law so I keep it short. I had VERY unpleasant experience not only with Dr. Strock but with the entire facility at that point that I had to complain to my Health Insurance. They even told me to better choose another provider. Beside the horrible experience they charged me $10 copay. I have a 0 and it's written on my card. They insisted that I have to pay...... I’m glad I have the choice where to go and so do you. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Strock or Korunda Medical. In stars 1 would give them a minus 5

I waited for over an hour at my appointment to be seen for 5 minutes, so you can be an hour late and still be early. Worst scheduling I've EVER had happen to me...except the DMV, kinda

Very professional. Great staff. Fast service.

If I could give her negative stars I would. I had a PCP in Naples that I was very unhappy with. He was also a male and I wanted a female. I made an appt with Dr. Koorunda for 3 1/2 months away because that was the earliest new patient appt. I had to fill out 19 pages of history. I got to the office and waited an hour to be taken into a room where I waited another 1/2 hour. She sent her nurse into tell me she would not see me because I already had a PCP and it would seem she was "stealing me" from him. I tried to argue with the nurse but she said it was final. I walked out furious and will continue to be furious. Horrible care for a patient.

Prior to expanding the wait time to talk to any on the phone was only a few minutes now it's up 20 minutes. The annual physical exam is not very comprehensive no stress test etc. I have been a patient for about 8 years. The mask requirement is not strictly enforced. On a recent visit some patients did not have masks and No one said anything

Takes time with patient, caring, very thorough, listens and addresses concerns and you don’t feel rushed, and leaves you confident and trusting that your health care is in great hands. So happy that she was recommended to me as my Internist.

Ron Kope, NP was my mom's main practitioner for years and he is excellent. He is extremely thorough, thoughtful, caring, and responsive. If you have an elderly parent in the area who is in search of a primary care provider (and especially if you live out of state/away from them), I can't recommend Ron highly enough.

I have been seeing Dr Nena Korunda for over 10 years. Prior to coming to Naples, she was the chief internal medicine resident for the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Her husband, Dr Zeta Korunda completed a pain fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. I selfishly seek out the best candidates looking where they attended medical school, completed their residency/fellowship, whether they are board certified and look for current research interests and continuing training, publications. From my first appt.,I knew I was in excellent hands. The care I am receiving here at both Korunda Medical and Korunda Pain Management is outstanding. The best yet. I am finally being treated by a group of medical professionals, including PT, who understand my complex problems and have been able to give me back a better quality of life. So thankful. I have been under Dr. Nena Korunda’s care since 2012. After seeing multiple physicians across specialties throughout my life, Dr Nena was the one who put the puzzle pieces together and helped guide me to better health while looking at the whole patient. Dr Nena is thorough, knowledgeable and a great partner in developing a comprehensive treatment plan. I am so grateful to be under her care.

Dr. Nena Korunda is hands down, the best doctor I have ever been to. She is incredibly knowledgeable, up to date and completely trustworthy. I have had to go to other doctors in other states but have never been able to find a doctor as thorough as her. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Korunda saved my life after a very serious illness, where other doctors gave up on me. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me.

Horrible scary angry person. Kept telling me to hurry up with my answers and snapped at me (I’m sick). When I said I was trying she exclaimed, “TRY HARDER!” She was far more interested in my past cancer (5.5 yrs cancer free) than my current virus suggesting I probably had covid-19 and this is just my immune response . No tests offered, no blood taken, no prescriptions. I finally asked I she’d just like me to leave & she responded with “ that is good”. She wrote in my history of this visit I have some behaviora thing. Mind you, we both wore masks, she might have an accent (afraid to ask her to repeat things more than once for fear of her agitations. I left with the same virus I’ve had since Dec P, 71 yrs old. It was exhausting and took me 2 days to recover (I drove a long way to see her based on reviews) I no longer see as even valid. She was VERY interested in building her empire, however.

This medical group is making money from unnecessary testing. They don't even let you know the scope of the testing or the costs involved before they begin. They do get your signature when you are in pain and desperately in need of relief for a simple urine test they give "everyone." My husband had a rapid heart rate while at his appointment with Dr Nena Korunda. She did not let him leave her office until she contacted a cardiology specialist and arranged immediate care with him. Her concern, follow-up and knowledge consistently shows what an exceptional physician she is. I would highly recommend her as the best internist in Naples Diane Stanley

Dr. Korunda by far is the best doctor!. She is extremely caring and thorough. Spends a lot of time reviewing all tests performed and makes sure you are taking the proper medication and vitamins. She is the best in Naples and we are so lucky to have her take care of us.

Dr. Korunda is the most caring, professional internist in Naples. I recommend her, without reservation, to all my friends and family. Her staff is also excellent. I feel very fortunate to be in her care!

As a new patient with new problems I expected a more detailed examination, beyond listening to my lungs at 4 points ,my heart at one point and feeling my pulse. How about my throat, eyes, ears, abdomen, extremities, neck, skin, reflexes, sensations, blood vessels??? How about an effort to know more about my history and lifestyle, my occupation, my family?

Excellent professional with a caring manner and outstanding credentials.
