I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Castillo... I am SO thankful God pointed me in the right direction and put Dr. Castillo in my life. He calmed me , answered every question (no matter how weird it may have been) and really made me feel like I could trust him 100%. He exudes confidence and intelligence. Getting my breast surgery was BY FAR the best thing i've ever done. Dr. Castillo single handedly made me more confident that I ever thought possible. I would recommend him 1 million times over again. I cannot stress enough how amazing he is and how easy the process was, not to mention the RESULTS <33333 . I would recommend to anyone and everyone I know. 10/10.

Dr. Castillo has communicated with me throughout the entire process. He addresses concerns, answers questions, makes you feel at ease. His technical expertise and attention to detail are superb. Dr. Castillo is one of the most outstanding doctors in the entire country. I've been to a lot of them, including 8 other plastic surgeons before I found Dr. Castillo. I knew within 5 minutes of meeting him that he was the right person to do my surgery. I'm glad I followed my gut instinct because choosing him was the best decision I could have ever made. My results are flawless, and he made the experience wonderful from start to finish. Not only did he call me the night before the procedure to see if I had any questions, but he also followed up with me every day for the rest of the week to make sure I was ok and healing properly. Do yourself a favor and go see him. There is no one better out there.

My experience with Dr.Castillo has been awesome! I have had fillers done with him on multiple occasions. He is very thorough and detailed in his approach which I love because I am very particular about my face. He has a pleasant bedside manner and does a great job with following up with you post procedure. I appreciate the personalized attention and care he gives to his patients. I can tell he’s actually listening to my concerns and gives feedback according to what is best. I am pleased and will be back!

I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Castillo. I’ve been coming to him over a year for Botox, and he always exceeds my expectations. I’ve lived in a lot of cities, including LA, and I’ve never had results like I get from him. And he will tell you, I’m extremely particular! Dr. Castillo is a wonderful physician. He spent a lot of time with me and made sure to answer any questions I had regarding my procedures. I would recommend him to anyone, as he is very knowledgeable, doesn't recommend things if you don't need them, and has an amazing bedside manner.

I was fortunate to have found a plastic surgeon in addition to a great hand surgeon. I severed tendons, nerves and an artery and have healed exceptionally well with a very minimal scar. Having met individuals with similar injuries who did not heal as well I am very grateful to Dr. Castillo and the physical therapists. The physical therapists that I went were very complimentary of his work and they saw patients from many different doctors.

Dr. Castillo and his team are fabulous! I was a little nervous since this was my first time getting Botox and Dr. Castillo instantly put me at ease. He was very detailed and answered all my questions before we began. I am not sure if Botox is uncomfortable or painful because that is not at all what I experienced. I didn't even have any red marks afterwards! The results- also fabulous! I highly recommend this practice.

When I first met with Dr. Castillo, he patiently explained via x-rays on an iPad what happened to my wrist, what needed to be done to repair it, and what to expect following the surgery. I never felt rushed and I left feeling confident that I was going to receive the best skill and care. (Lynne, his office manager, was extremely professional too.) From initial consultation to surgery to aftercare, I could not ask for better skill or care than Dr. Castillo and his office.

When I was injured (on a Friday), I called and left a message on Saturday am saying that I would be calling on Monday for the quickest appt. Saturday afternoon, he called me(!) Quick scheduling! He was considerate of my pain & the surgery was almost painless. He has called to check my condition several times. I'm now 8 weeks out and the injury (almost completely healed) & it looks practically new! He is very considerate, patient oriented and I recommend him highly!!!

Dr. Nelson Castillo spent approximately 3 hours in the exam room with me carefully explaining facial fillers, his recommendations, and my interest in undergoing a mommy makeover procedure in the near future. He and his front office staff Lynne made me feel welcome and important, acknowledging my concerns and giving me honest feedback. Dr. Castillo has a reputation to build and uphold and he understands the value in maintaining relationships with his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Castillo has preformed a few different proceedures for me; all of which produced a flawless result. Most recently I went in for a chemical peel. Dr. Castillo was thorough in explaining the process, the impact on the skin, and the nature of the overall experience. He really listened to all of my questions and took his time to explain every aspect of the process which made me feel very comfortable. The peel was not painful at all, and I could instantly feel improved firmness in my skin!

Dr. Castillo has been wonderful. He has amazing attention to detail and work ethic. He spends a lot of time making sure you are completely satisfied with the services he provides. He has always been available to answer questions, even when I emailed him during the weekends. He seems almost more excited to see the results of my surgery than me. I find this level of customer service to be very rare. Dr. Castillo is my only choice in medical care in his field. Keep up the good work Doc!

Dr. Castillo iwa on call the night I fell and had a terrible laceration to my lip and finger.. He has a great bedside manner and explained everything thoroughly to my family and me each step of the way. I am so pleased with the results. Nine days out and it hardly looks like I had an injury at all. Lynn, his office manager was professional, kind and compassionate during my follow up appointments. They clearly loves what they and do it well.

Dr. Castillo and his staff are such a pleasure. They make you feel so comfortable and Dr. Castillo takes time with you to ensure that you are well equiped to make an informed decicison about your plan of care. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need or are interested in Plastic Surgery medicine.

After my son severely injured his nose in an accident we were given Dr. Castillo's name by Northside Hospital. We were able to get an appointment quickly and found him to be extremely knowledgeable in what needed to be done to fix his nose. He put us all at ease and answered all questions we had. He did a miraculous job in not only repairing the damage but in restoring his nose to a normal appearance!
