Jackson Heights Front desk receptionist needs some serious training or help. In a single day my elderly mom attempted to call 3 different times, placed on hold for over 30mins each time. I thought it might've just been a language barrier- but not at all , same thing happened to me when I tried to call in for her. I was on hold for about 20mins until they returned back to my call , only to hang up on me. If this is how they treat their new patients, I can only imagine how they render their services. Dr Alcaraz is very ingratiating and friendly. He took care of my mother with absolute professionalism and good humor, putting her completely at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr Alcaraz and the clinic to anyone looking for ear nose or throat care.
