I never went to the doctor in the 70s but if I did I feel like this is what it would be like. I would heed Grace's advice.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not believe for a second that this doctor is fit to be practicing. First, her office is grimy and dirty. The reason I initially went to her was because she was one of the only doctors that would take my insurance, which was really poor at the time. Recently, I noticed she has been billing my new insurance for visits that I have never had with her, i.e. services never received. I have since reported her for fraud. The most recent interaction with this doctor was when I called the her in November to request a prescription refill. She then billed my insurance, never called in my prescription, and when I called her back to see what had happened, she didn't know who I was. I was upfront with her and said it is fraudulent to bill my insurance for services never received. This upset her, and she has since left me voicemails saying, and I quote, "You are so ignorant." This is just one example. I am saving all voicemails and communications with her if I am asked for examples or evidence in my case. Again, she is simply not fit to be practicing. Do not go here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. My experience was downright horrendous and honestly comical. The list of issues is thus: 1. Waited an hour and a half for my scheduled appointment 2. After attending my appointment was billed not only for mine but two other patient's appointments (was luckily able to get those charges removed from my insurance once I saw them) 3. The doctor said I needed a blood test (okay? if the doctor says so) and then proceeded to call for 7 different blood test services and leave me with a $400 bill (after insurance). No one informed me of what was being tested nor that insurance wouldn't cover it, but try to explain that to the insurance company. I called multiple times and the office said it was an error on their part and would fix it, they never did, no longer picked up my phone calls, and I continued to get payment notices and eventually had to pay the $400. 4. Was charged $160 for the actual visit that should have been covered under my insurance but wasn't because instead of billing me as an annual visit, I was billed as a new patient (even though she was my PCP). She also billed me for a diagnosis of migraine headaches. She didn't diagnose me, I HAVE migraine headaches that were PREVIOUSLY diagnosed by ANOTHER doctor that I just happened to TELL her about. I didn't ask her to even write me a prescription but that didn't stop her from tacking that onto my bill. I tried calling to figure out these claims and dispute them as well, after multiple assurances from her office the errors would be fixed they weren't and eventually they stopped answering my calls. 5. The office itself was grimy, dirty and in no way sanitary. TLDR: Just don't go to this doctor. I'm out $560, wasted multiple hours of my life on the phone and all I got out of it is knowing that I have healthy vitamin D levels. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
