Dr. Neil P Williams

I’m actually a Deaf Patient with some residual hearing and luckily benefit from the Behind the Ear Hearing Aides. I was born into silence and only one Dr. has ever had the Gentle Touch and Clinical Knowledge Beyond Reproach! I’ve been seeing him over a Decade and we’ve so far been able to retain hearing although it’s still on the decline due to aging. He is very soft touched and I have to see him every 4 weeks for an ear cleaning behind my eardrum and each time has been smile worthy as he gets it clean and I get improved hearing! There’s nothing better than caring and healing.

Dr Neil Williams is very knowledgeable. I had some issues with my ears and no other doctors could treat it . Just in one visit Dr Williams suggested the right treatment and my ears got healed. So I would highly recommend Dr Williams. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

He is a very good very knowledgeable doctor. Don't read a lot into the bad reviews. These people I belive don't like his straightforward attitude they want everything sugar coated. He doesn't sugar coat he tells it like it is so you know you trust him.

Nonjudgmental doctor who borderline encourages sick patients to continue to cause harm to themselves. He told me I am a "healthy smoker" ....????? Wat? This guy is kind of one of those examples of a dumb smart person. Wouldn't recommend him for anyone who is looking for a great doctor.

Went today for my ear and throat pain, Dr. William does proper examination and communicate with patients the cause and effect also. He is knowledgeable, no doubt but Some things that really turns down :his focus is mainly on training PA, his rude behavior, harsh sarcasm. Hard and forceful selling of OTC commodities like Sinus rinse, dental protector. Front office sells common dental protector with “All Sales Final” of double price than market. Dr. Williams is very compassionate and supportive. He cares about his patients. He took the time to address concerns.

My 5 year old stuck a bead in his ear that the Children’s ER made worse by adding glue to it. The Dr. was more that capable of handling the situation and my 5 year old. I am so happy with the staff as well, they were able to squeeze me in their schedule on the same day. I’ve always had a good experience at this office.

Today was my first visit with Dr Williams. I was some what skeptical after reading some of the less than flattering reviews being left. Just proves the old adage, dont believe everything you read. I was seeing Dr Williams for my Sleep Apnea. He was very understanding, took plenty of time to review my records, answered my concerns, and provided guidance and direction. Dr. Williams is an ENT with Baylor and as such treated me for sudden hearing loss. He seemed to blame me for not recognizing that my plugged ear sensation wasn’t caused by my almost annual seasonal allergies symptom and that I should have seen him sooner so he could begin steroid treatment. When he administered the steroids via injection into my eardrum, I can’t understate the pain I felt, which I expressed. He acted surprised that the pain gel he’d applied didn’t work but carried on. This was the case for all three injections, never once did he change his approach to try to reduce the pain or determine why the pain medication wasn’t working. He even seemed to think it was amusing sometimes to blame it on his assistant. Later he had to work on the other eardrum and the gel worked perfectly so I know it wasn’t any resistance to the medication. I finally wised up and went to a different ENT for the remainder of my treatment.

Posting after a month of visit. My son age 5 was having continuous runny nose doesn’t matter what the season, we observed this when we moved to Texas 2018. Showed other doctors and they said could be pollens and had to do blood test and said allergies generally don’t go away at this age and he may have to suffer with this.. we stopped going to park .. then this winter when there was no pollen.. he still had same issue, even worst sometimes. thought to get another opinion.. and we got appointment with Dr Neil, He suggested some medicine and spray for congestion.. after completing the course of 7 days medicine and spray, He got completely recovered, it’s been a month now we are going to park when temperature is good and going out in cold whether.. he is really doing good. Will have to continue spray for next 6-12 months as suggested. I m very happy with Dr Neil. After a year my son has spent almost a month without runny nose. Upsetting. My husband had an appointment with him concerning sleep apnea and the doctor said his report showed he stopped breathing 10 times in one hour and the norm is 5 times. That terrified me and I asked Dr. Williams a question. His answer was very flippant and in poor taste, in fact I was so offended that I almost walked out. When a wife is upset and worried over a diagnosis and to have the physician give a smart-aleck answer to her question is by far very unprofessional and doesn't answer the question. I had to send a message and ask his cardiologist to define the problem and his nurse immediately answered and was much more professional than Dr. Williams, plus she put my fears to rest.

Very informed and Up to date Dr. Answered all my questions and gave me solutions to several issues I had. Highly recommend him. His staff was excellent as well.

My name is R Uddin . I went with my wife for her swannoma. I am not at all impressed the manner he Has handled the case, he was undermining the patient, he was busy teaching trainee MA.Now I understand there are better ENT specialists in DFW than him.

Dr.William completely dismissed my concerns about my sinuses. This is my second and last time to this office. I’ve never met such a rude and inconsiderate Doctor. I will be getting a second opinion elsewhere!

They helped me with my sleep apnea. Great doctor.

I had an upsetting experience with Dr. NW. I came to him because I am unable to sleep and wake at normal times. After charging $3K for a sleep test, which I was unable to take because it required me to sleep 10 pm-6 am. When I saw him afterward he told me that my problem is that I go to sleep too late & that I must go to sleep earlier. I told him I cannot & that is the very reason I was seeing him in the first place. He simply replied that it is my fault & there is nothing he can do about that.

Dr Williams seemed knowledgeable in my case. I however cannot rate the same for the billing part of his staff. I have multiple insurances and have no copay yet i was just dismissed for non payment on over due accounts that they failed to address. i had to travel over an hour and thirty minutes one way to see him. i would reevaluate the rating of referral if i found out the billing department was fixed.

Amazing personality and totally connected with me as a person. I wasn't just a number. I feel like I am in good hands.

He is a great doctor. I will always refer him. I have never had a bad experience and he has always fixed my ailments.

I am so impressed with Dr Williams and his staff. They are so friendly, patient and good. They helped my 3 year old child who had pushed something into her nose.

Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in great detail. No un-necessary labs, and came away with a good understanding of my issue and plan to resolve. Good experience. :)

I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Williams and his staff. I was lucky and accidently found ENT Patterns of Texas. They have been very polite, professional and efficient. From doctor office visits, the labs/tests, their coordination with supplier, everything seemed to be effectively and efficiently done. I felt there is a very good system, there was not any unnecessary tests, guessing, Dr. William and staff have given the right care to me every step of the way. Then I was also told by others that two doctors there are the best ENT doctors in the states. I had a great experience with Dr. Williams. My 8 y. o. son was his patient. My son was a new patient and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The office employees were very polite. The doctor spent a lot of time with my son. He did a very good job! I would recommend this doctor to everyone.

Hmmm, where do I start. Dr. Williams is clearly a jerk! He definitely lacks customer service skills. Rude! He wrote in my report that my complaint was snoring, difficulty staying awake during the day and that I wake up choking at night--basically, sleep apnea. Lies! I told darn near everyone I encountered at that office that I knew it wasn't sleep apnea. The sleep study revealed that I didn't have sleep apnea...really, genius!! I would never return to this doctor. I visited this doctor due to tinnitus with high anxiety and confusion on what could be causing the issue. I left the same way except $156 poorer. This doctor told me that everyone has ringing in their ears, to basically just ignore it and that he doesn't know why it's occurring. This is the reason why people do not visit doctors, the reason why they would rather sit home and suffer. Doctors like this really only care about your money.

Didn't show any concern for my health. Came in and talked to me and did not run any lab tests, ultrasounds or anything. Felt my neck and said yeah you don't have cancer... I didn't think with modern medicine that a feeling could just tell you that. When I have an ultrasound that shows a complex cyst. Getting a second opinion if the next doctors says the same thing I will retract my statement. Didn't show any concern for my health. Dr Williams is highly recommend by my friends who have taken their children and have been treated by him as well. I have also been treated by him and have found him to be highly knowledgeable, personable, and skilled. I just had my tonsils removed and experienced no bleeding, clean caterixed cutting area. He called me at 7:30pm to follow.
