Dr. Neil William Wangstrom

Doctor is fantastic, but his staff is the worst. I went to the ER was told to see ENT in 2 days. His staff was going to give me an appointment on December 29th I told them by then it should be better or I will be dead. So forget it! Time for a different doctor! This has happened to me a couple times now!

He answered questions & was a no nonsense doc. I like tht. He told my son & I the steps to what he had to do, what would happen if tht didn't wrk & all.

Rude, arrogant, and condescending attitudes of office staff are unacceptable. Not certain what the physicians capabilities are, and I will never know because I decided not to accept an appointment with this office. I found another physician. It’s terrible that unprofessional office staff can reflect so poorly on a provider.

The BEST Dr I have ever been to! I had to get my tonsils removed and Dr wangstrom was so helpful and broke everything down to me in a way a patient would understand! No long wait times at the dr visit either! Everyone was VERY nice. Day of surgery I was very nervous because I never had a surgery where I needed to be put to sleep. Everyone at beacon medical group was beyond nice and made Me feel very comfortable! Dr wangstrom came and explained everything to me and my family again before surgery! He is always very nice and smiling! He was on time and I was not in there long at all! I had problems getting my Meds after surgery (pharmacy fault no one in my city would have it till a week later) I had to have someone page the Dr after hours around 8pm which I know could be a bit annoying BUT he was very nice very concerned and pleasant which is very sweet and means a lot To a patient he spoke to the pharmacist and we got it all squared away! Even after he hung Up with the pharmacist he called me back and explained everything to me which I thought was really nice because the pharmacist could of just told me what he said. I would recommend him to everyone! Very professional, informative, and sweet! Makes you feel very comfortable! Had nose bleeds. Dr Wangstrom was informative told me the positive and negatives of the treatment. And it worked.

He listens to your concerns thoroughly and provides full detailed information. Everyone is friendly and supportive.

Ive recently had 3 nasal procedures done at once. Its been tough. Dr. W has been great thru it all. Above and beyond, he explains very well.

Listen to your patients, the ones crying to you for help and answers. If you don't know. ..send them to someone who will!

This doctors office is concerned making money rather than the actual care you receive. When actually have an issue they can't see for a month. They charge for care that they say is covered in your care. Then you will receive not one but three to four separate bills from one surgery and follow up.

Dr. Wangstrom is very thorough. He respects his patients, communicates well with the hearing impaired, and is very pleasant. Jessica the audiologist is wonderful! The office staff is friendly and efficient and appear to have a great work environment. The waiting room is large, bright, and clean with chairs that have arms making it much easier for mobility impaired patients to get up when called.
