Dr. Neil Hans Surti

Dr. Surti is everything what we need for our kids. He is very patient, caring and understands the problem. My child had coughing problem and he administered the right medicine fixing his 2 months old cough. Very happy with his treatments. Thank you Dr. Surti.

Dr Surti is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my daughter for 15 years but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He is truly a great Dr! Completely satisfied with Dr. Surti and all the support staff.

My kids are love Dr Surti, he spend more time patients and answering questions.

Dr. Surti took the time to really understand what my son was saying what he was feeling. My son could only explain it the way an 8 y/o knows how and Dr. Surti knew what he was saying. He diagnosed him properly and he's doing better already.

Called five times to make new pt appt phone just kept ringing off hook. No one answered

Dr Surti and his staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed when we left their office. They were kind and helpful when others may have been irritated and frustrated with our needs for further documentation of medical need. We left feeling confident and well taken care of.

Check in process was very easy and we always have a pleasant visit with Dr. Surti.

Dr Surti, Michelle, and his front office staff are the best team. They always tried to get us in same day when there is a sudden illness. Dr Surti always listens to my concerns regarding my two young children. I can’t say enough about Dr. Surti and his office. My kids have seen Dr. Surti since they were born. He is excellent and always takes his time with us.

If you're looking for the perfect Pediatrician, look no further. My two boys are with Dr. Surti since 2008 and I have never had a reason to be worried with his care. Plus his office staff is as friendly and reliable as he is! I will cry the day my boys outgrow his care.

When we moved to Wesley Chapel a little over 6 years ago, I was hesitant in finding a new doctor for my son because I was used to his pediatrician in New York City and I knew the next pediatrician had big shoes to fill. I take my daughters to Dr. Surti. He is very nice, friendly and attentive. He takes time to listen to his patient’s needs and interacts with kids in a very caring manner. The front desk staff is always cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Surti for your child’s medical needs.

We have seen Dr. Surti for over 4 years and absolutely can not say enough about him! He is always so comforting and happy, extremely knowledgeable and up on the latest. My son loves him as well, which makes it an easy appt. I trust him and that is huge when it comes to our child. Our insurance changed and is out of network and I still go and pay the higher deductible. Lol! Today was the first day visit for my son's illness after 13 yrs of previous doctor he had, due to health insurance was denied by this doctor takes Sunshine Health this year. The first arrival was a struggle due to issues with the Healthykids system were messed up and took us 45 mins to figure out how to get this solved, the front office was so friendly with so much patience and allows us to continue his care and I met Dr. Surti - he is so welcoming without rush and very cheerful that my son told me he felt very comfortable with him. Dr surti is always so courteous and he listens to parent concerns.My daughter was born with issues that needed to be corrected surgically and Dr Surti follows up with the hospital team regularly for updates. When my son turned 6 months old, I switched to Doctor Surti because I was very unhappy with his previous pediatrician's office staff. Also, the previous pediatrician was decent, but did not have the best bedside manner. I checked with some ladies in my neighborhood and they all raved about Dr. Surti. I noted before I even arrived for my first appointment with my son, the doctor's office contacted me because they could not find his shot records in the Statewide system. They looked into his previous medical records before we even got there. When my son interacted with the nurse she was quick to make contact with him and try to make him feel comfortable. I also loved the way Dr. Surti handled him. He has such a gentle nature and a wonderful bedside manner. He talked with him even though my son was only 6 months old. We have now gone back for several of his follow-up appointments and I would never take him to another pediatrician.
