The staff was nice, but the wait was pretty long.

I went to advanced foot wound and ankle specialist for the first time today. I had a ganglion cyst that I was so scared to drain. I’m a bit of a baby. Lol. Dr. Strauss and his medical assistant were amazing and made me feel relaxed. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. I highly recommend using his doctor. His staff is so pleasant and the place is very nice. Thank you Dr. Strauss for making this so easy for me.

Dr. Strauss is exceptional and very professional. But the rest of the staff is kind of unorganized. I had to wait hours for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy.

The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. The staff was very nice.

The nursing staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Strauss was also nice though seemed a bit rushed.

Dr. Strauss exhibited excellent bedside manners and didn’t make me feel as if, I was just a dollar sign 5/5. To add the staff has patience and are wonderful as well 5/5.

If your visit is related to an accident, and you've hired an attorney, don't expect Shanique or anyone else in the Tamarac office to be helpful. I have no reviews of the Drs. because I never got to see them.

The whole staff was friendly. I love the atmosphere there. They're helpful and you can actually feel that love what they do and want to help their patients.

Dr. Strauss beyond exceeded my expectations. The entire office experience was flawless. He took the time to draw my pain area and SHOW me what im experiencing. Ive never felt so WELCOMED in a medical practice and he was straight to the source. I'd rate him a 10 if possible and Im happy to extend my GRATITUDE . Thank you Dr Strauss!

Dr.Strauss is a wonderful doctor !!! he takes care of his patients I love going there from past 5 years on and off. when it comes to his staff they are all well trained and awsome just like him ???? doesn't matter what location you go they all will welcome you and ask questions to help ( do rember there patients as well). Dr.Neil Strauss has been caring for my foot issues since Dr.PeterMerkle sent me to see him(3) Years this past April after performing an "Emergency Surgery" to my right leg. Dr.Strauss is the "real deal" when it comes to addressing a Patients needs and Medical Care. He addresses the "major problem" but treats the Patient needs as a "whole human being" His Office Staff are no "fraidy Cats" to get in there along side Dr.Strauss....You have the "Boxer" Nichole Nicky "the foot whisperer" when she is done addressing You "dressing" Ya Know to walk away...Carolin who by no means gives "pedicures" but You won't be afraid to "show Your feet" at the Beach when she "touches You up" Now at the Appointment Desk is Shineek who does not miss a Temperature or listing Your next follow-up Appointment...there is "No Lastly" because did I tell You Yet Dr.Strauss has (7) Offices with a robust Group Of Doctors, so there are many techs coming in for a position to fill as Well Dr.Strauss has Medical Students on waiting lists to get a day of "in the field" experience...Now back to "Lastly" in the tech room is "Francine" who is "doing the books and assisting Dr.Strauss with ALL the "data entry and paperwork".... ....After "Lastly"... from what they tell me these Young hard working Woman All go home to care for their children and Family. I couldn’t recommend a better podiatrist than Dr. Strauss. It’s super easy to schedule appointments, the staff go above and beyond to get you seen timely. They are extremely personable & really take the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Visited Dr Strauss in the Coral Springs office. Staff and doctor were nice, but was very surprised as to how dumpy the office is. Could use a renovation. Very run down.

The 1 star is due to unresolved issues that weren't addressed which led me to seek help elsewhere. The other staff at the coral springs office were friendly and helpful.

Dr. Strauss is extremely skilled and amazing at his profession. He has an abundance of knowledge and additionally has a down to earth, fantastic bed side manner. His staff is outstanding as well! They were kinda and efficient from the moment I️ stepped in the door. If you need a podiatrist, this is the place to go!

I never got to see Dr. Strauss, so I can cannot rate him as a physician. However, he has the rudest, most unprofessional office staff I have ever dealt with. ZERO patient/customer service. I would never attempt to go back there.
