Couldn't even be bothered to assess my sick child after we waited 3 hours in ED. Sent straight from PCP office. As an RN myself, I gave an accurate SBAR communication to him, and he couldn't even be bothered to listen or to provide an assessment of my son. Shame on him! Good thing I insisted on labs, and when they returned Dr. was surprised that my concerns were validated by labs. When I inquired about follow up care, he literally didn't know how to advise me, and said, "if he feels better then he is better." PCP immediately ordered repeat labs, and gave full recommendations to include abstinence from competive sports. I expected more from Baycare.

My daughter saw Dr Neil this evening and he was wonderful not only was he quick but he was very compassionate and you can see his years of experience with working with kids

This is a horrible Dr. He will not listen to you. I am not sure which University he is comming from. He does not anything. He sent my daugther sick home. He said" she is fine". My daugther had a bad allergy to her formula. She had diahrea. Thanks God I took my daugther to Brandon Hospital to be seen by another dr. Families with childrens, babies, stay away of this Dr Neil C Reinhardt. Dont trust his decisions....
