Dr. Neil Andrew Kahn

I initially chose Dr. Neil Kahn, because his office was close to my work place. The first two visits were acceptable, because he was cordial. On the last visit, Dr. Kahn, showed little concern in providing me the information I needed for a referral I needed for another provider. As a result, his nurse mailed me the information for the referral. She must have been in a hurry, because the envelope came in the mail, and was unsealed! Who does that????? During my last visit, Dr. Kahn was low-key sarcastic. This visit was less than 20 minutes, but I payed a $40.00 co-pay for a short visit and his lack of concern. I won't use the race card, because his nurse is African American. But I will say he can be rude and sarcastic. I am done with Dr. Kahn, because he wasn't sincere, and lacked concern about me as a patient! It's time to make a change!????

I don't get the warm and fuzzy feeling from Dr. Kahn. He actually used a rude tone with me one time when telling him I wasn't able to pay $30 a month for a new med he wanted me to take. Biggest problem though is they bring new med students into each appointment and don't even ask you. One guy never even acknowledged me and played on his phone the entire time. Very strange for this practice to do this with mental health issues like anxiety. Lady up front is nice. But no one ever answers the phone. I cancelled an appointment by voicemail and received a bill for it.

I been there 3time and he never cared about what I had to say. After give me two simples of ???? he basically kick me out of his office and said come back in 6weeks. This made problem worst.

I actually am a was severely depressed with anxiety panic attacks etc when i sought treatment here. The psychiatrist was more concered about preventing addiction than helping issues i don't drink smoke (anything) never have been addicted to a anything yet because i was a black woman it was a. issue. I have enjoyed every moment here. Dr. Kahn is great, they are very understanding, and I absolutely love the receptionist. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me in times of distress and helping me find meds that help!!

Don't see him if your problem is serious, and especially don't see him if you have a personality disorder and/or autism.

I was referred by a neurologist to this office. After leaving two messages with no response, I called the neuro and asked them to call. The neuro called me back and said that they also could not get a response from the office.
