Beware a billing scam that Grabenstetter and Cleveland Clinic have concocted. Despite being an in-network doctor they are billing as out-of-network thus requiring that I pay 100% out of pocket. I have filed an official appeal of this matter though it is my understanding through speaking with both Cleveland Clinic as well as my insurer that this is within the Clinic's ability to bill as they choose. He is really a great doctor????

Best Dr around never had a problem with his care or billing.

I love Dr. Grabenstetter. I have been going to him for years. He is not one to order unnecessary tests. He was on to the opiate epidemic long before a lot of other physicians and so never has prescribed more than is needed for the ailment. He gets to know his patients and I dread the day that he retires, as I am sure many, many others in the community do.

Grabenstetter has been my Primary Physician for a few years now. He knows his stuff and the office staff is great. I love that the office stays homie and personable. It's nice to go to an office where not only the dr, but the assistants and nurses all know the patients.

I have been going to see Dr. Grabensetter for years. His office hours are flexible and they always are able to get me in quickly when needed. He is knowledgeable and takes time to get to know his patients. He also takes the time to address your concerns and explain treatments and diagnoses when needed.

I have seen Doc for over 25 years and I could not recommend anyone more knowledgeable, his kind demeanor and approach is definitely what has kept my family coming back.

I felt rushed and like a bother. I have suffered several disorders over the years, and he has seen me since a child. However over the years my approval of him has decreased. My husband saw him one time and refuses to go back. If you are elderly and dislike change and new updated treatments, he is great for you. However when you are looking for newer state of the art treatments, and medications he is not right for you. He also has some issues knowing some of the newer medications on the market.

Doesn't listen to the patient and their issues. Recommends tests and procedures that are not related to the issue. A general waste of time and money.

This guy has been our family doctor since I was a child. I stopped seeing him after high school because he was a waste of time. He could never fix me, and my doctor at college finally did. I also believe that this guy played a big part in my fathers death. He did not believe atrial fibrillation was a big deal and he just let it go. Guess what, my dad died from that at a young age... way too early and it could have been prevented! I would not trust this guy with anything and would never suggest him as a quality doctor.
