Dr. Neeraj Arora

I am in the medical field and am very fussy about who treats me or my family. Dr. Arora was on call when I came in and immediately put me at ease. I did not have to continue to see him but I did. His professionalism and awesome bedside manner made me change cardiologists. A top choice in DFW for cardiologists!

Extremely professional and knowlegable - Dr Arora's experience and skill in the Cath Lab saved my life! His continued care, inclusion of my family in medical decisions and his very real concern for my healthy future, ensure I will be able to play with my grandkids for many years!

Dr. Arora is great, but his staff is causing me to look elsewhere for a new cardiologist. They do not return phone calls, are very unorganized and are difficult to work with. They charge at the time of service and then take weeks to submit the claim to insurance for processing. On two office visits this year the amount I was charged at the time of service turned out to be incorrect after the claims were processed by insurance. I now have a credit with Dr. Arora, but his staff refuses to acknowledge that I was overcharged and refuses to send me a refund check. Dr. Arora is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor, but unfortunately his staff doesn't exhibit the same qualities.

Dr. Arora treats my atrial fibrillation and has excellent knowledge base with a gentle yet firm approach and offers multiple options without demanding one particular intervention. His office staff are welcoming and professional. Definitely would recommend him for any type of heart concerns.

Dr. Arora has been my cardiologist for 5 years. He literally saved my life in the emergency room. He is wonderful surgeon and an excellent communicator. He made sure both I and my wife understood what was happening, what he was going to do, and how I could get healthy again. I give him the highest recommendation.

I have always found Dr Arora helpful and informative.

Dr. Arora is a wonderful cardiologist, and I have recommended him to all my friends and family. He spends time with his patients and truly tries to get to know them. A wonderful doctor!

Dr. Arora is a very considerate doctor and takes time to understand and explain everything to his patients. He is a great person and has a friendly, efficient staff. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

He doesn't explain anything, didn't seem like to care when I told him about my issues , concerns. All he did is looked at my chart, barely engages in the conversation, rushed me out of the office each time. The office visits were almost useless, waste of my $40 for each visit. I changed to a different Cardilogist after my 5th visit with dr Arora. I don't recommend him to anyone.
