I feel so blessed that my mom was referred to Dr. Shah and his staff for her care and treatment of cervical cancer. At 81 years old, I was so concerned about how she could possibly tolerate this type of treatment. From the first call from Christine to schedule moms consult, to the interaction with Dr Shah and his nurse Cindy, and all the amazing, caring radiation therapists (Alexis, Kristy, Shannon, Florencia, Nicole, Irina and Matt) I was comforted and knew mom was in the best place possible for the journey she needed to take. This group of professionals truly exemplify the meaning of quality care. Dr. Shah & his staff have been such a blessing. I honestly feel Dr. Shah treats each of his patients almost like family. He is so compassionate & truly goes the extra distance for those in his care. We r so very thankful.

I found Dr Shah to be a caring and compassionate doctor. Following my breast cancer surgery he explained every aspect of my radiation therapy thoroughly. During treatment he followed-up with weekly assessments. He was easily accessible and responsive to all my questions, willing to spend time answering them in detail and showing an interest in my overall healthcare. The treatment center in Flagler Hospital in St Augustine was pleasant and immaculate, scheduling was easy, and the staff was friendly, cheerful, and efficient. I would highly recommend this radiation oncology treatment center, Dr Shah and his team made what could have been an uncomfortable experience (six weeks of radiation therapy) into a positive experience.

Dr Shah and his staff are the best. I was referred to his office and it was the best decision I made. He took the time to explain the radiation treatments..made sure I understood and answered any questions since I had know idea what to expect His staff made me feel comfortable and at ease everyday...walking into smiling faces made it so much easier. Very consoling on a bad day and picked up my spirits with a smile and a gentle hug. His staff is very professional, caring and there to answer

My experience with Dr. Shah as a patient receiving Radiation treatment for breast cancer has been an exceptional and excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Shah explained my treatment plan in thorough and understandable language every step of the way. If I ever had any questions or concerns he was always available to answer them. He is professional , compassionate and caring as a Doctor. He and his kind and wonderful staff put me at ease during my radiation treatments. Bless you all!

Dr Shah and his staff are the most caring and supportive people I have ever encountered. Everyone who had ever been treated by this office, highly recommended Dr Shah and his office to me and I was not disappointed. At a time when I was faced with the unknown, the procedure was explained clearly. They walk you through the entire process. In fact, the whole procedure was almost "enjoyable." I, too, have sung their praises to all. The entire staff has become like an extended family.

Dr Shah and his staff are wonderful. During an awful time of dealing with breast cancer, their support and knowledge were invaluable to helping my husband and I make the best decision for treatment as well as support us during the whole process. The staff are like family now. Dr. Shah was available for discussions and questions 24/7 and made us feel like no question was an issue. I would highly recommend him and his team for radiation therapy.

Dr. Shah and his entire staff are extremely caring and compassionate in a time when you are scared and unsure what's going to happen with your health. They all make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you, your questions and concerns. Although the exhibit extreme professionalism, they are also friendly and made my treatments actually enjoyable. Thank goodness for Dr. Shah and his staff!

Facing radiation, my husband and I met with Dr. Shah to discuss my treatment options. He explained in great depth the history and evolution of radiation treatments in my type of cancer, as well as the process and procedure for my upcoming treatments. He encouraged questions and made sure my husband and I understood the plan. Dr. Shah and his staff are compassionate and caring, and they provide a safe and supportive environment for their patients.

Dr. Shah is the most caring doctor I have encountered. I have had cancer 3 times and radiation for 2 of those. The entire staff from the front desk,technicians and of course Dr. Shah himself treat everybody as though they are the most important person in the world. Excellent medical care.

Dr. Shah came into my life at a very scary time, and yet he's helped me so much not only with excellent radiation care but also to feel calm and confident throughout my treatments. He is kind and gives me all the time I need to ask questions. He explains everything carefully, always exuding a sense that he truly cares very much for me and all his patients. I totally trust him. His excellent, upbeat, kind, and just wonderful staff take the best possible care of me, and I feel blessed.

Recently was referred to Dr. Shah. He was extremely good in explaining the treatment options for my issue. The entire office staff has been more than helpful with scheduling and insurance claims.

Dr Shaw and his staff are the most knowledgable and compassionate health professionals I have ever had the privilege of knowing. At the beginning of my treatment Dr Shaw sat with me for almost 40 minutes explaining the history as well as the current and most innovative treatment plan that would work best for my situation. He always took the time to talk to me. Time was never an issue for him or his staff. Dr Shaw and his staff are the answer to what real, caring healthcare is.

Anyone needing this service would be so grateful to have found this man as their doctor. He is amazing and kind, caring and compassionate. My husband and I feel so lucky and blessed to have had this experience with such wonderful staff as this and a doctor that really takes his time to care for each and every patient. There was never a time he was not available to speak with us or help us during this whole cancer ordeal. There are not many doctors that can say that honestly, always available!

Dr. Shaw is a compassionate physician! His staff is GREAT and treats you like family. The office has a laid back feel which relieves stress. Dr. Shah explains his diagnosis and treatment in terms that are easy to understand, and will spend as much time as needed to make sure you understand. He also assures you that he will personally answer any phone calls, and will always be available even after the treatment

Dr. Shah and his staff were extremely helpful to me during my recent treatment for prostate cancer. Before starting treatment Dr. Shah explained the details of the radiation therapy plan including duration, side effects, and effectiveness. Dr. Shah met with me weekly to review my progress and to address any issues that I might have had. Dr. Shah was always available to me at any time if I needed to speak with him. I would highly recommend him and his team for anyone needing radiation therap.

An excellent experience for a serious situation. I was treated for prostrate cancer. The staff and Dr Shah are outstanding. Dr Shah has perfect patient doctor interaction skills. He is compassionate and explains things so you can understand them thoroughly. Everyone of the staff are excellent, the office is warm and friendly and very professional. My radiation treatment was handled extremely well. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Dr. Shah and his staff are amazing. From the first phone call to the the final visit with Dr. Shah, I felt safe and confident in every step of my treatment. Dr. Shah is extremely knowledgable but more importantly, he took care to ensure that my husband and I understood the plan. The technicians did everything to make sure I was comfortable during my treatment. His nurse is caring and compassionate. Dr. Shah is consistently available to answer questions. You could not be in better hands.

Dr Shah and the entire practice at Flagler are excellent. Obviously if you find yourself a patient there you already have some apprehension about what is to follow. Dr Shah is an excellent communicator, a caring individual, and is not in a hurry. He will answer every question you might have and encourages one to contact him should anything or any issue arise. I can't say enough about Dr Shah and his staff. First rate and it was fantastic to be able to be at home every day during this process

Dr. Shah is a very compassionate and professional doctor, his bedside manners are beyond remarkable. Dr. Shah speaks to you like a friend and in terms that you can understand.
